How do their displays and cameras compare?
Display
Motorola specifies a 6.7-inch FHD+ LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate for the G67 Power. OnePlus documents a maximum 120Hz refresh rate for the N6, but the cited launch information does not establish all the matching panel details needed to compare resolution, size or display quality directly. Both list high refresh rates; the available specifications do not support declaring a display-quality winner. Motorola India specifications · OnePlus N6 launch page

What do software support and durability specifications say?
Software
Motorola states one Android OS upgrade and three years of security maintenance releases for the G67 Power. OnePlus describes fluency testing of 60 months for the 6GB variant and smoothness testing of 48 months for the 4GB variant. Those are different kinds of claims: OnePlus’s fluency and smoothness test periods are not stated software-update commitments, so they should not be compared as if they promise a particular number of Android or security updates. Durability
Motorola lists an IP64 rating for the G67 Power. OnePlus advertises IP65 and MIL-STD-810H for the N6. These are manufacturer-listed ratings; neither phone should be described as waterproof on that basis. Motorola India specifications · OnePlus N6 launch page
