Which phone has the better display?

The POCO listing specifies a 6.83-inch AMOLED panel, compared with the Moto’s 6.72-inch LCD. That makes POCO the larger-screen choice, and it is the only one of these listings with AMOLED. The figures establish size and panel type, not brightness, color accuracy or outdoor visibility.

Which has the bigger battery, and which charges faster?

POCO is listed with an 8,000mAh battery and 45W wired charging; Moto is listed with 7,000mAh and 30W. POCO therefore has the higher stated capacity and charging rating. Those figures do not establish how long either phone lasts in everyday use or how quickly it charges from empty; actual results depend on usage and charging conditions.

Which chipset is faster?

The Moto uses a Snapdragon 6s Gen 4, while the POCO uses a Snapdragon 4 Gen 4. The 91mobiles comparison lists AnTuTu scores of 817,331 for Moto and 619,773 for POCO. These are comparison-page figures, not results from independent testing for this article, and the page does not state a publication year for the benchmark figures. They favor Moto on the listed benchmark, but do not by themselves predict performance in every app or game.

What do the camera and update listings say?

Rear cameras

Both phones are listed with a 50MP main camera. The comparison lists an 8MP secondary rear camera for Moto and a 2MP secondary rear camera for POCO. Resolution alone cannot determine photo quality, and these specifications do not establish which phone takes better pictures in practice.

Software and support

The comparison lists Android 16 for both. It reports one OS update year and three security-update years for Moto, versus four OS update years and six security-update years for POCO. Because these support durations are comparison-page listings without established manufacturer policy confirmation here, verify the exact commitment with the maker before purchasing.

Which one should you choose?

  • Choose Moto G57 Power if: you want the lower comparison-listing price, the stronger chipset according to the listed AnTuTu figures, or the higher-resolution secondary rear camera specification.
  • Choose POCO M8 Power 5G if: you prefer a larger AMOLED screen, higher stated battery capacity, faster rated wired charging, or the longer update durations reported by the comparison.

These are specification-based trade-offs, not a hands-on verdict. Compare live India listings for the exact RAM/storage configuration: the displayed prices may change, and the comparison’s Moto price does not identify a variant.

Do not confuse POCO M8 Power 5G with POCO M8 5G

POCO M8 5G is a different model. Official POCO results for that non-Power phone describe a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 and a 5,520mAh battery; those specifications do not apply to POCO M8 Power 5G. The exact-model POCO Power specifications and prices cited above come from third-party listings, rather than an official POCO product page.

Motorola’s Moto G57 Power support page identifies the Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 and 5G support. Availability and specifications may vary by region; the prices in this comparison are India listing snapshots, not worldwide pricing.
