Steam lists 53 achievements for Mortal Shell II. The public list gives clear unlock conditions for many, but some entries have no visible requirement, so a fully verified, step-by-step route for all 53 is not available from the public descriptions alone. Achievement wording may differ between Steam, PlayStation, and Xbox. For exact wording and completion status, consult the list on the platform where you play. Community route guidance is patch-sensitive: one September 3, 2026 guide recommends tracking missable quest outcomes, Shells, weapons, Tarstones, and boss-specific actions, but those suggestions are not official guarantees (Gamepressure guide).

Steam’s list also shows these names: “Mid Summer?”, “Arrival,” “Haunting Times,” “Cut You Down to Size,” “Vengeance is Mine,” “Big Boi,” “Meat’s Back on the Menu, Boys!,” “The Alchemist,” “Over 9000,” “Stop – Hammer Time,” “Beautiful Baby,” “Speared,” “Down with the Thickness,” “Nightmare Fuel,” and “It’s over now?” The list includes 53 achievements in total; names and punctuation are reproduced as displayed, and not every entry has a public description.
Planning a completion run
Track collection and unlock objectives
Several confirmed objectives depend on accumulating multiple items or unlocks rather than reaching one story checkpoint: all Map Fragments, Ova, Tarstones, Shells, Weapons, Sidearms, Beacons, and Lute Tracks. Keep a running checklist as you explore, and compare it with the achievement screen rather than assuming an item set is complete.

Watch for route-sensitive objectives
Community guides advise keeping an eye on quest outcomes and boss-specific actions that may be missable. Treat those as precautions, not verified universal requirements: route details can become outdated after patches. An August 21, 2026 guide predates later advice and should not be treated as definitive for a current build (PowerPyx guide).

Some achievements appear without a visible condition on the public Steam page. A September 9, 2026 community guide likewise notes that hidden entries do not expose their requirements publicly (TrueAchievements list). Do not infer an unlock condition from a title alone; use the in-game or platform achievement interface, and consult current community guidance only when it matches your game version.

Game and platform scope
Steam identifies Mortal Shell II as a Cold Symmetry title published by Playstack, lists Steam Achievements, and gives an August 20, 2026 release date (Steam store page). The 53-achievement count in this guide refers specifically to Steam’s listing as checked in 2026; it should not be assumed to describe every platform’s exact wording or presentation.
