Short answer: Monster Hunter: World’s main-story ending credits do not appear to have a normal in-game skip command. Capcom documents a skip prompt for scenes the game marks as skippable, but that documentation does not say the ending credits can be skipped.
Why the usual cutscene skip control may not work
Capcom’s August 2, 2018 notes for Title Update 4 explain that pressing a button other than Options during a skippable cutscene brings up a prompt indicating that the scene can be skipped. That describes how the game signals a skippable scene; it is not a universal skip command for every cinematic.
Player reports specifically describe the main-story ending credits as unskippable through the usual in-game input. This is the best-supported practical answer, not a credits-specific declaration from Capcom: the official control note does not directly state that the ending credits are unskippable.

- Check for an on-screen prompt. If the game presents a skip prompt, follow it using the input shown for your current controls. A prompt during another scene does not establish that the credits have a skip option.
- If no prompt appears, do not assume a button combination will skip the credits. No credits-specific command is established by Capcom’s documented control note or the player reports.
- On Steam, you can consider the reported reload workaround, with caution. One community user reported saving, closing the game, and reloading to bypass the credits. This is anecdotal; the report does not establish that the workaround is reliable, or that it works on other PC save states or on PlayStation and Xbox.
Why button advice varies by platform
Monster Hunter: World has PC and console versions, and Capcom’s support information distinguishes PC mouse-and-keyboard controls from console controls. There is no single universal key or button to recommend for skipping the ending credits. When the game offers a prompt in a skippable scene, use the input displayed on your screen and account for your configured controls.
