Infinity Ward is asking Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 players not to share campaign spoilers before the wider launch. The request comes as the story campaign becomes playable on October 16, 2026—one week before the full game releases on October 23.

The studio has not, in the available announcement, identified specific twists, deaths or ending details. Players should therefore treat mission outcomes, character fates, late-game scenes, screenshots, video thumbnails and supposedly minor plot revelations as spoilers.
