What Mether’s Pulse does
Mether’s Pulse is the baseline named healing charge. A secondary guide says it immediately restores minor health and rekindles a portion of Resolve; a separate game database describes it as immediately restoring a portion of health. Neither source establishes a numerical amount.
The database reproduces this item description: “A reverberation from the Underglade that mends wounds and knits flesh anew. There is no question that the Harbinger has been bred for a task no mortal could undertake.” That wording is attributed to the game item by the database, but has not been independently confirmed against the game client.

How the healing charge options differ
The guide compares three names. Their reported distinctions are speed, Resolve use, condition utility, and charge capacity.

The sources do not provide verified healing amounts, charge counts, or channel duration. There is no supported basis here for calling one option universally best: the useful choice depends on whether you need immediate recovery, condition cleansing, or can safely channel.
Is Equilibrium Pulse a separate charge?
The reviewed guide says no: “Equilibrium Pulse” is a mistaken label for the health-and-Resolve effect attributed to Mether’s Pulse, not a distinct option. Unless the current in-game UI or an official source confirms otherwise, do not count it as a fourth variant.
How charges refill and upgrades work
The guide says charges replenish when you visit a Beacon, where its Mether’s Pulse option is also used to apply upgrades. It distinguishes two upgrade materials by what they improve:

Published pickup totals conflict: one checklist reports 21 Revered Glands, a video checklist reports 23, and an interactive-map snapshot shows 14 Revered Gland markers and 10 Synaptic Vessel markers. These counts may reflect different map states or duplicates; they do not establish a definitive collectible total.
