The Maxi-Cosi Zelia 017815 is a specific, older stroller model—not a reliable stand-in for every stroller sold under the Zelia name today. CHOICE lists it as tested in 2019 and records a 10.8 kg weight, 17 kg maximum recommended child weight and 3 kg basket capacity. Those are useful reference points, but the page does not establish a current independent rating or prove that newer Zelia models share the same specifications.
What does the 2019 Zelia 017815 review tell buyers?
CHOICE identifies the reviewed stroller as the Maxi-Cosi Zelia 017815 and gives its test year as 2019. Its public page lists specifications, but the detailed test results are available to members only. The public information therefore does not support a score, a pass/fail summary or a claim that the stroller is currently top-rated.
CHOICE listed the stroller at $699 on its review page. That is a historical listed price, not a current price or evidence of present-day availability. See CHOICE’s Zelia 017815 review.

What are the Zelia 017815 specifications?
The following figures are the specifications CHOICE lists for the 2019-tested 017815. They should not be applied automatically to later Zelia generations or models sold in other markets.

CHOICE’s dimensions and weight describe the stroller specifications on that product page; they do not give a folded-size measurement. If storage space or transport is a deciding factor, check the folded dimensions for the exact model and market before buying.
How does the 017815 differ from newer Zelia models?
“Zelia” covers multiple generations and regional configurations, so the family name alone is not enough to match specifications. For example, Maxi-Cosi Australia’s Zelia Urban page lists a weight of 9.6 kg and suitability from newborn to about 20 kg or four years. It also says the product can convert between seat and bassinet. The page notes that an overseas model is shown, so these are manufacturer claims for Zelia Urban—not revised specifications for the CHOICE-reviewed 017815.

The legacy Zelia is described by Maxi-Cosi as compatible with certain Maxi-Cosi car seats using adapters. Compatibility depends on the exact stroller generation, car seat and adapter; the Zelia name by itself does not establish that a combination will fit. Before purchasing accessories, confirm all three against the instructions or support information for your specific products.

Package contents also vary. Maxi-Cosi Australia says the car seat is sold separately with Zelia Urban, while the legacy Zelia manual labels accessories as separately sold. Other regional product packages may differ, so check the listing for the precise configuration rather than assuming that a car seat, adapters or rain cover are included.
What safety and operating limits should you check?
Maxi-Cosi Ireland’s guidance for the legacy Zelia says it is designed from birth to around 15 kg, and that bassinet mode can be used until eight months. Those are regional, legacy-model instructions and do not replace the limits printed in the manual for the stroller in hand.

Use the manual that matches the stroller’s model number and market. Maxi-Cosi’s official legacy Zelia manual covers assembly, folding, child installation, accessories, car-seat use and washing, but it should not be presumed to cover a newer variant. Maxi-Cosi’s US consumer-care index, for example, identifies a separate guide for “Maxi-Cosi® Zelia Stroller, Travel System Item No TR389,” effective 2018-01-03.

Is the Zelia 017815 still available, or currently recall-free?
The available information does not establish current stock, a current independent retest or recall status across all regions and Zelia variants. Do not treat the 2019 review or a product page for a different Zelia model as confirmation of any of those points. For a specific stroller, check the manufacturer’s regional support channel for notices that apply to its model number and market.
