Are there cheat codes for Mary Skelter: Nightmares?
According to the PlayStationTrophies guide, no cheat codes are available for Mary Skelter: Nightmares. That is a community guide’s report, not an official developer statement. The sources do not provide button combinations, console commands, or codes to enter, so there is no substantiated cheat list to give.
How do you reach the good ending?
The PlayStationTrophies roadmap for the original PlayStation Vita release describes a major decision on floor 12 of the Jail Tower. It says the wrong answer leads to the bad ending; after reloading, the player can choose correctly, fight the true final boss, and use Mary Reverser as the final Blood Ability to reach the good ending.

The roadmap’s forum copy identifies “The Order” as the answer to question 1 for the bad ending. Treat that as attributed community guidance, not a universally verified dialogue choice: the standalone guide was not accessible for confirmation, and the available sources do not establish that these instructions apply unchanged to later versions.

Which trophies or achievements are missable?
The same roadmap flags the “Going Back to Jail” bad-ending trophy as missable and “Sweet, Sweet Freedom” as potentially missable. It recommends a minimum of one playthrough, reports no glitched trophies, and says difficulty does not affect trophies. These are the roadmap’s claims about its covered release, not confirmed rules for every platform or edition.
The guide also warns that the “Blood Impulse” trophy description is misleading. Check the actual trophy conditions in the platform version you are playing rather than relying on that wording alone.

How many trophies and achievements are there?
Counts depend on platform. Steam lists 34 Steam achievements, while a PlayStationTrophies guide for the EU Vita version reports 34 trophies. Those are separate platform lists; the available sources do not establish that their requirements match one-for-one or that regional trophy lists stack.
Examples from the Vita trophy guide include “Promising Researcher,” for filling the Jail Creature Manual with 10 creatures; “Liberated District Advisor,” for clearing 10 work orders; and “Murderer,” for defeating six Nightmares. The guide notes that the Chapter 7 boss is the seventh Nightmare despite the trophy description.

Steam Community’s player-authored guide index points to material on gallery scenes, favorite gifts, jobs and skills, ailments, Blood Devolution, maps, gun parts, and other secrets. It also lists an “Ultimate Prison Break Guide” covering achievements, endings, affection events, maps, and tips. These are walkthroughs and reference guides, not official documentation.
Underground Cavern post-game route
A Steam Community guide covers the Underground Cavern’s Nightmare route and says the route requires Mary Reverser and Hameln. Use that guide for its route-specific directions, and confirm that its instructions match your game version before relying on them.

Which version are these instructions for?
Steam describes the PC edition as a single-player dungeon crawler with exploration and first-person battles. Its listing includes English interface, audio, and subtitles, Japanese audio, achievements, Trading Cards, and cloud support. The PlayStationTrophies roadmap identifies the original Vita release; the EU Vita trophy guide is the source for the example trophies above.
Later remake-related material is associated with Mary Skelter 2, but the available guides do not provide a complete comparison of unlocks across versions. Do not assume that an ending choice, trophy condition, or post-game route carries over unchanged. On PC, consult the Steam guide index; for the original Vita release, use a Vita-specific trophy guide.
