When does the Marvel Rivals October 15 patch go live?
Version 20261015 launches at 09:00 UTC on October 15, 2026. The published notes do not announce server downtime, so players should be able to enter once the update is available, although a client download or restart may still be required by their platform.
This is the first Season 10.5 content update. Its main additions are time-limited Halloween activities and cosmetics rather than a broad hero-balance overhaul.

What changed for Jeff the Land Shark?
In Blood Hunt, Jeff’s Reservoir Ripple interaction now reliably expands Aqua Burst’s blast radius after repeated hits from Splish-Splash Pew Pew. The fix addresses inconsistent behavior in a specific ability interaction; it is not described as a damage or cooldown adjustment.

Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →What changed for Black Widow?
Widow’s Bite Slam no longer has the bug that could launch Black Widow an absurd distance. The correction removes the unintended extreme movement while preserving the ability’s intended use.
Were map and collision bugs fixed?
Yes. The update resolves various map-collision problems that could trap heroes. The notes do not identify every affected map or location, but the change is intended to prevent characters becoming stuck in environmental geometry.
Quick Recap
Should you pursue the event or spend on cosmetics?
- Choose the event missions if you want a guaranteed free costume and can play before November 13 at 09:00 UTC.
- Prioritize premium rewards if Scarlet Witch’s Chaos Weaver, Hela’s The Redeemed or their associated effects matter more to you than a free Rocket Raccoon costume.
- Consider Pop & Win if you specifically want Unseen Weaver, Nurse-Pool or Mr. Malignance and can use the same-draw-number discount strategically.
- Wait for the store display if cost is decisive, because the published notes provide no numeric prices.
Quick checklist after updating
