Galacta’s Guide is Marvel Rivals’ introductory achievement category, with objectives ranging from simple menu actions to hero proficiency, daily logins, and seasonal gallery-card collections. Its rewards include Galacta’s Favorite, earned at 160 category Achievement Points. Points earned here count toward Galacta’s Guide’s own rewards, not another achievement category’s track.
How Galacta’s Guide achievements work
The category mixes tasks you can finish with a single action—such as reading lore or changing a setting—with objectives that take repeated play or depend on a particular season’s content. Individual achievements in the current reference are worth 5, 10, or 20 points; their values are not listed individually below because the source does not specify which value belongs to each task.
The achievement list and tips below follow Dot Esports’ guide, last updated September 26, 2026, and checked here against its coverage through Season 10 and the God Quarry map. It is a secondary guide, not an official live database. If a name or requirement differs from what you see, use the in-game achievement menu as the current authority.

Chat, social, and customization
- Hello, World! — Send your first message in an in-game chat channel. The control to open chat varies by platform.
- Now THAT’s a Party! — Add 20 friends.
- You Do You — Use the customizable wheel once. The guide gives left on the D-pad as a control hint.
- Window Dressing — Switch among five different nameplates through Customize.
- Mixed Emotions — Change your mood five times, using different styles in Career customization.
- Multiversal View — Change the Home Background once in profile settings.
- Colorful Words — Use text coloring, an Emoji, or Mood once in a chat channel.
Progression and hero proficiency
- Self Made — Earn 3,000 Chrono Tokens. Battle Pass progression is one way to earn them.
- Challenge Accepted! — Complete 20 missions. Daily missions can contribute to the total.
- Rising Star — Reach level 20.
- Sticking Around — Log in on 30 different days.
- Multiversal Veterans — Raise two heroes’ Proficiency to Captain.
- Ultimate Mastery — Raise one hero’s Proficiency to Lord by completing that hero’s challenges.
- Perfection — Raise one hero’s Proficiency to Champion.
- Always on Duty — Unlock five hero costumes. The guide notes that individual costumes can be purchased with Credits.
- Competitive Bling — Obtain one Hero Accessory. The guide recommends earning weekly Accessory Points.
Career history, stories, and conversations
- Member When…? — Relive a Career Highlight: open History and watch a highlight.
- Heroic Honor — Read 33 hero stories from the Lore tab in the hero gallery.
- What a Team-Up! — Read 15 Team-Up stories in the Heroes/Team-Ups section.
- Family Matters — Listen to one conversation between Fantastic Four members. The guide suggests playing a match with a combination of those heroes.
- First Family — Read all four Fantastic Four hero stories in the hero gallery’s Lore tab.
- Cosmic Convo — Listen to one conversation between Guardians of the Galaxy members. The guide suggests playing a match with a combination of those heroes.
- Mutant and Proud! — Listen to one conversation between Mutants. The guide suggests playing a match with a combination of Mutant heroes.
Gallery-card collections tied to seasons and events
These achievements require unlocking every card in the named gallery collection. The guide associates each collection with the following quests, Battle Pass, or event content:

Seasonal card objectives are the least flexible tasks: completion depends on the relevant collection being available and its cards being obtainable through the associated content. Check the in-game collection and achievement details for current availability and requirements.

What to prioritize if you want Galacta’s Favorite
To reach the 160-point milestone, mix accessible one-time objectives with longer progression rather than relying only on seasonal collections. The guide confirms that tasks have 5-, 10-, or 20-point values, but does not map those values to every achievement, so it cannot support an exact shortest-route calculation.

- Start with menu and reading tasks: nameplates, the wheel, chat customization, Home Background, hero stories, and Team-Up stories are tied to specific actions or counts rather than a long login streak.
- Build progress through regular play: missions, level progression, Chrono Tokens, and hero challenges can advance alongside ordinary matches.
- Plan for multi-day and character-specific tasks: the 30-day login objective and hero proficiency milestones require sustained progress; proficiency tasks require investing in particular heroes.
- Check seasonal card requirements in-game: the guide associates collections with particular season quests, Battle Passes, or events, so do not assume every card set can be completed from the same source or at any time.
