To create or track discount codes in Bluehost AI Store, open your store’s Discounts tab. In the Bluehost Portal, select Websites, find the relevant Sell Online plan, choose Manage Store, then select Discounts in the AI Store dashboard. If your site is not listed, select Load More.
Find and review your discount codes
The Discounts page lists existing coupons and details such as their discount type and amount, usage limits, and expiration dates. It also provides overview tiles for total discounts, active discounts, expired or exhausted discounts, and total redemptions, according to Bluehost’s Discounts Tab guide, updated August 13, 2026.
The route to the page is Bluehost Portal → Websites → Manage Store → Discounts. Choose the Manage Store control beside the site you want to work on.

- On the Discounts page, select + Create Discount.
- Enter the coupon code customers will use at checkout. Add an optional description for your own reference.
- Choose a discount type and enter its amount.
- Optionally set an expiration date, usage restrictions, or usage limits.
- Review the settings and select Create Discount.
Bluehost’s detailed how-to, updated August 20, 2026, documents three discount types: percentage, fixed cart, and fixed product. The choice determines what the discount applies to:

Available rules can include a minimum or maximum spend, eligible products or categories, customer eligibility, an expiration date, and a limit on how many times the coupon can be used. The options visible in your account are the ones to follow if the form differs; Bluehost’s detailed create instructions list the three types above, while its overview page mentions free shipping as a promotion type.
Bluehost says a newly created code becomes active and synchronizes with WooCommerce.
Edit an existing code
- In Discounts, find the coupon you want to change.
- Select its Edit icon.
- Update the relevant settings, such as the code, discount amount, expiration date, restrictions, or usage limits.
- Select Save Changes.
Bluehost says updated coupon settings synchronize with WooCommerce.
Delete a code
- In Discounts, locate the coupon.
- Select its Delete icon.
- Read the confirmation prompt and confirm deletion only if you intend to remove the coupon.
Deletion is permanent. Bluehost’s AI Store help article, updated August 20, 2026, states: “The coupon will be permanently removed from both the Bluehost AI Store and WooCommerce.”

Bluehost describes AI Store as a dashboard for managing WooCommerce-powered store operations. For discount codes, the documented behavior is direct: creating or changing a coupon in AI Store synchronizes it with WooCommerce, while deleting it removes it from both systems. Manage the coupon from the Discounts tab and use the confirmation prompt carefully before deleting.
