GARRACK’s officially announced Madoka Magica smartwatch collection has six character designs. Its animated watch face changes a character into magical-girl form when heart rate rises; notifications bring up a themed Soul Gem or Dark Orb icon, and the background moves. The effect happens on the watch face—the announcement does not say the character transforms in the real world or specify the heart-rate threshold.
How the heart-rate transformation works
The defining feature is an animation on the watch display. According to GARRACK’s collection page and Ueni Trading’s product announcement, the character visual changes into magical-girl form in response to a certain heart rate. The sources do not give a numerical trigger or explain whether users can adjust it.
Other animations are separate from that heart-rate effect: notifications prompt a character-themed Soul Gem or Dark Orb icon, while the background moves every second. These are watch-face features, not evidence of a physical transformation or a medical alert.

The official announcement lists six models, all at ¥10,890 including tax per watch. GARRACK and Ueni Trading announced preorders opening October 9, 2026, and a release date of October 30, 2026. Those are Japanese-market announcement details; as of October 13, 2026, the stated release date was still in the future. Availability and terms outside Japan are not established.

The published material identifies differences in character visuals, but does not establish hardware differences between the six versions. Choose by design rather than assuming one model has different sensors or capabilities.
Phone support, health features, and battery claims
GARRACK lists iOS and Android support and says the watch’s functions use the Huawei Health app. Its product page advertises heart-rate and blood-oxygen measurement, sleep and activity tracking, HRV-based stress measurement, notifications, and 100 workout modes. These are vendor-described features; the cited product material does not establish clinical validation, so health readings should not be treated as medical advice.

Battery estimates vary across the official material. GARRACK advertises up to about 14 days on a full charge under specified Huawei laboratory usage conditions, and about two days of use after five minutes of charging. Ueni Trading’s announcement instead says up to 10 days in normal use and up to seven days in heavy use. These are attributed estimates, not guaranteed runtimes; actual duration depends on usage and configuration.
