The specific MacRumors giveaway offering an Apple Watch Series 12 and a Southern Straps nylon band could not be verified in MacRumors’ indexed giveaway archive. Its dates, eligibility rules, prize details and entry link are therefore unconfirmed; do not assume the contest is live or that you can enter. What is verified is that Southern Straps lists a 46mm nylon band as compatible with Apple Watch Series 12.
Is the Apple Watch Series 12 giveaway open?
MacRumors’ giveaway archive, accessed October 9, 2026, does not establish a Series 12 giveaway with Southern Straps. It includes an earlier Southern Straps promotion for Series 11 and a separate September 25, 2026 listing for an Apple Watch Ultra 4 giveaway with Lululook. Neither confirms the giveaway named in this title.
Without a verified title-specific announcement, there is no confirmed entry page, closing date, eligibility information or prize configuration to share. Check the MacRumors archive or its official giveaway announcement for current terms before submitting personal information.
What can be confirmed about the Southern Straps band?
Southern Straps’ current 46mm nylon band listing identifies the band as compatible with Apple Watch Series 12. The listed wrist range is 140–250 mm. Match the band’s case-size variant to your own watch before ordering; the listing’s Series 12 compatibility claim is specifically for the 46mm version.

How this differs from MacRumors’ earlier Southern Straps giveaway
MacRumors published a separate promotion on November 21, 2025, for an Apple Watch Series 11 and three Southern Straps nylon bands. That article stated an entry window of November 21–28, 2025, and described the band at $30 at the time. Those were the terms of that 2025 promotion only; they do not establish dates, pricing or prizes for a Series 12 giveaway.
