The LOKLiK Crafter is an older desktop cutting-machine model, but the available official information does not establish its full specifications, current price, bundle contents, or whether it is still sold new. That makes a blanket claim that it is an affordable, fully featured buy hard to support. What is documented is a print-then-cut calibration process in LOKLiK IdeaStudio; a community user also reports making refrigerator magnets with the machine.
What is known about the LOKLiK Crafter?
LOKLiK’s support page identifies the Crafter as an older version and links to its manual. The same page distinguishes it from the newer iCraft. The sources available here do not establish the Crafter’s complete cutting specifications, supported materials, maximum cut size, included tools, or current availability. Those details matter when judging whether a particular machine or listing is a good value.
In particular, do not assume that specifications advertised for the iCraft apply to the Crafter. The iCraft product page describes a different model, including its own material, cut-length, and print-then-cut claims. Those are not evidence of Crafter capabilities.

What projects can the Crafter handle?
A LOKLiK community user reports making print-and-cut refrigerator magnets with a Crafter and printable magnet sheets. The user did not know the sheet’s brand, so this is an example of a reported project—not a verified media recommendation or evidence of consistent cut quality.

The available evidence does not establish a complete list of supported materials, their thickness limits, or which blades, mats, and other accessories fit the Crafter. Check Crafter-specific documentation before buying supplies; compatibility with another LOKLiK model should not be presumed.
How to calibrate print-then-cut on the LOKLiK Crafter
If printed designs and cut lines do not align, LOKLiK’s support directions are to update the machine’s firmware, then run Device Calibration in IdeaStudio. The support page notes that calibration may need to be repeated because of device offset.

- Update the Crafter to its latest firmware.
- In LOKLiK IdeaStudio, open Device > Device Calibration and follow the calibration prompts.
- If alignment is still off, repeat the calibration; LOKLiK notes that more than one calibration may be needed.
- Use the same paper size for calibration and subsequent print-then-cut projects. LOKLiK lists A4 (21.0 × 29.7 cm / 8.27 × 11.69 in) and US Letter (21.59 × 27.94 cm / 8.50 × 11.00 in) as suggested sizes.
Are newer-model claims or accessories interchangeable?
No: the official support material describes the Crafter as an older model, separate from the iCraft. For example, LOKLiK’s iCraft page advertises features for that newer machine; they should not be presented as Crafter specifications unless the Crafter manual independently confirms them.
Compatibility also varies by accessory. LOKLiK’s iCraft tool pages specifically say that the iCraft scoring stylus and foil transfer tip are not compatible with the Crafter. Check each blade, mat, and tool against Crafter-specific documentation before purchasing.

Is the LOKLiK Crafter worth buying?
It may suit a buyer who has verified the exact machine, its condition, the included accessories, and the requirements of their intended projects. The available official material is useful for troubleshooting print-then-cut alignment, but it does not establish enough about performance limits or current pricing to call the Crafter an affordable, fully featured purchase.
Before committing, look for the Crafter’s manual and confirm the supported materials and thicknesses, cut area, mat requirements, software and device compatibility, included tools, warranty, and return terms for your region. Compare a listing’s actual price and contents rather than relying on features advertised for the iCraft or another machine. Without like-for-like performance and price information, there is no sound basis here for declaring a newer alternative the winner.
