LogMeOnce offers a wide set of password-management features, including multiple login methods, syncing, sharing, autofill, and security tools. Its release notes also document fixes for extension problems and reported click-jacking issues. That is evidence of ongoing maintenance, not proof of flawless reliability or an independently verified security record. Whether it is a good fit depends on your devices, preferred sign-in methods, plan needs, and comfort with the available security evidence.
What LogMeOnce does
LogMeOnce is a password manager whose feature pages describe credential storage, password generation, autofill, syncing, secure notes, sharing, password scoring, and emergency access. Its product pages also describe encrypted credentials, a security scorecard, and the option to choose storage locations. These are vendor descriptions; they should not be treated as independent verification, and availability may vary by plan. See LogMeOnce’s feature list and its product information for current details.
TechRadar reports that LogMeOnce supports passwordless sign-in using a mobile device or photo, along with multiple two-factor authentication (2FA) methods and syncing across linked devices. Its 2026 roundup also lists YubiKey security-key authentication. Confirm current plan eligibility and support for your exact device and browser before relying on a particular sign-in method. TechRadar’s review and 2026 roundup describe the reported options.

The evidence supports a qualified answer: LogMeOnce’s 7.x release notes show ongoing maintenance and fixes, including changes to extension behavior, autofill, and Safari 18 extension issues. They also record fixes following click-jacking reports attributed to reviewer Marek Tóth and end users. An August 22, 2025 entry says, “Fixed click-jacking vulnerability reported by reviewers (Reported by Marek Tóth), and LogMeOnce end-users (Extension 7.12.5)”; further click-jacking fixes are dated August 29 and September 5, 2025. The release notes show that reported issues were addressed in software releases, but do not establish that every user received the updates, that no vulnerabilities remain, or that all apps work reliably in every configuration.

LogMeOnce’s own pages describe its security and encryption features, but those claims are not the same as an independent audit. No hands-on reliability test or penetration test is available to support a definitive security or uptime verdict.

- Sharing and recovery: Check whether the plan includes the sharing, emergency-access, and recovery functions you need, and understand how those features work before entrusting them with important accounts.

Who may find LogMeOnce a good fit?
LogMeOnce may suit someone looking for a feature-rich password manager with several login choices, syncing, sharing, and security tools, provided the current apps and plan meet their needs. It is a less straightforward choice for someone who requires recent independent audit evidence or a proven reliability record across every platform: the available sources do not establish either. Treat vendor security descriptions as product claims, and weigh the documented maintenance history alongside the limits of what is independently established.
