The reported model appears to be the LISEN P603, with a 7,000mAh battery, integrated AC plug, built-in USB-C cable and an extra USB-C port. However, the often-quoted $33 price is not confirmed by the October 1, 2026 deal report: that report listed $30, reduced from $48. Check the retailer’s current listing and model number before purchasing.
What this LISEN device is
Unlike a conventional phone charger, the device combines two items you would normally carry separately: a wall adapter and a rechargeable battery pack. Plug it into an outlet and it functions as a charger; unplug it and it can provide power while you travel, commute or wait for an airport connection.
LISEN’s official catalog identifies the P603 as a 7,000mAh, 35W charger with an integrated AC plug. The October 1, 2026 deal report describes the same unusual format but does not name the model number, so confirm that the retailer’s listing actually says “P603” before treating the reports as referring to the same unit.

These figures come from LISEN’s catalog and the published deal report, not from independent laboratory testing. “Up to” output also depends on the connected device, cable, charging protocol and whether one or two outputs are in use.

How the two operating modes differ
When it is plugged into the wall
The integrated AC plug lets the unit draw power directly from an outlet. The deal report states up to 35W output in this mode, which is the more suitable setting for quickly charging a compatible phone or other USB-C device while the internal battery is being replenished or held ready.
When you unplug it
The internal 7,000mAh battery turns it into a power bank with reported output up to 30W. The built-in cable can remain attached to the unit, reducing the chance of forgetting a cable in a hotel room. The separate USB-C port gives you another connection, and the report says two devices can be charged at once.

How long it takes to recharge itself
The deal coverage reports a self-charging time of about two and a half hours. That is a published product figure rather than an independently measured result, and the actual time can change with outlet conditions, battery state, temperature and the charger’s control behavior. Treat it as an estimate, not a guarantee for every cycle.
Is the $33 deal real?
Not on the evidence currently available. The October 1, 2026 report listed a $30 offer against a stated regular price of $48. It did not establish $33 as the current price on October 13, and deal prices, stock and retailer listings can change without notice.

- Confirm that the listing identifies the P603, or clearly matches the 7,000mAh, 35W, integrated-plug design.
- Check the final cart total, since coupons, regional pricing, shipping and taxes can alter the advertised figure.
- Make sure the page describes a built-in USB-C cable if that feature is important to you; similarly shaped products may have different port layouts.
If the live page shows $33, that is the price to report for that date and retailer. If it shows another amount, use the current figure instead of presenting the older $30 or headline $33 as permanent pricing.
Who should consider it
- Frequent travelers: one device replaces a wall adapter and a small power bank.
- Commuters and students: the built-in cable is convenient when a loose cable is easy to forget.
- People charging two USB-C devices: the extra port and reported simultaneous-charging support are practical advantages.

What to check before relying on it
The published specifications do not establish independent safety testing, thermal performance or the exact wattage delivered to every device. Verify that your phone, tablet or handheld accepts USB-C Power Delivery at the desired rate. Also remember that a 7,000mAh rating describes the battery’s nominal capacity; the amount reaching a phone will be lower after voltage conversion and charging losses.

For air travel or other regulated transport, check the battery information printed on the unit and the rules that apply to your carrier and destination. Keep the plug folded when carrying it, inspect the cable and housing for damage, and stop using the device if it becomes unusually hot, swollen or physically damaged.
