The Liebherr CNEF4315LH is a 321 L net-capacity, bottom-mount fridge-freezer with a practical feature set and compact 600 mm width. Its Australian model-family specifications list 202 kWh of annual energy use and a 5.5-star rating, but those are manufacturer-distributor figures, not independent measurements. CHOICE records a 2020 test of the related CNEF4315 and marks it discontinued; that does not establish whether exact LH stock remains available.
What the CNEF4315LH offers
Andi-Co Australia’s June 2018 specification sheet covers the CNef 4315 family. Appliances Online has a separate listing for the exact CNEF4315LH left-hinge model. The family figures are useful for assessing capacity and energy, but check the documentation for the exact unit before installation.

How useful are its features?
The specification sheet lists DuoCooling, which uses separate cooling circuits for the refrigerator and freezer; a BioCool-Box; SuperCool; an activated charcoal filter; and a frost-free freezer. The freezer has three drawers, plus SuperFrost and VarioSpace. These features address food storage, odour management and freezing flexibility, but the published list alone does not establish how well the appliance performs in comparative testing.

CHOICE: a related model, with results not publicly visible
CHOICE’s CNEF4315 page reports a 2020 test year, 350 L claimed capacity, 202 kWh/year, a 5.5-star rating and discontinued status for that related model. Its expert rating and detailed test results are available only to members, so the public page does not support a performance score or a claim that the fridge beat competitors. The discontinued designation for CNEF4315 also does not prove that no CNEF4315LH units remain in stock.

Will it fit your kitchen?
The published dimensions are 1850 mm high, 600 mm wide and 665 mm deep. Those measurements do not account for the installation space or door movement you may need. Since this is the LH variant, verify the hinge orientation, door swing and clearance against the specific space and unit documentation rather than relying on family-level dimensions alone.

Liebherr’s CNef 4315 operating instructions discuss ventilation clearances and electrical connection. Follow the manual supplied with the appliance and check the actual installation requirements; it cautions against using extension cables and distributor blocks.

Energy use: what the rating does and doesn’t tell you
The 202 kWh/year figure and 5.5-star rating come from the Andi-Co Australia specification sheet, which says the model was tested to AS/NZS 4474.2. The sheet also cautions: “Actual energy use and running costs will depend on how you use the appliance.” Treat the figure as a standardized published rating, not a promise of your household’s consumption or bill.

Should you buy the CNEF4315LH?
It is a plausible fit if you want a 321 L net bottom-mount fridge-freezer, need a 600 mm-wide appliance and value a frost-free freezer with three drawers and flexible storage. Before committing, confirm the exact left-hinge unit’s availability, installation clearances, current price and warranty terms with the seller. The evidence available here does not establish current stock, price or warranty coverage, and it does not expose CHOICE’s detailed test results.
