There is no single stylus location across the Lenovo Yoga family. On the Yoga C940 14IIL, the integrated pen sits in a slot on the computer’s rear side near the power button. On some other models, the pen attaches magnetically to the upper cover or comes in a pen case. Whether a Yoga includes a pen depends on its exact model and configuration.
Where to look on common Lenovo Yoga models

If you cannot find a pen
Do not assume that every Yoga has a built-in slot or shipped with a stylus. A touchscreen, by itself, does not establish that a pen was included or that a particular active pen will work. The location and pen availability depend on the exact model and configuration.
- Find your laptop’s exact machine type and model number.
- Check the product specifications and Lenovo Smart Find to confirm whether that configuration includes or supports a pen.
- For a replacement, use Lenovo Parts Lookup to identify the service part number, then verify compatibility for your exact machine.
Lenovo Support describes these model-specific checks in its guide to confirming whether a specific model is configured with a pen. Lenovo’s accessory specifications also make compatibility conditional on listed models and features; do not assume that one Yoga pen fits every Yoga. Use care with magnetic storage
For the Yoga Pro 7a, Lenovo warns that magnetic interference may make pen operation slow or temporarily unresponsive. Store the pen or case only as described for that model rather than attaching it to arbitrary metal surfaces. Lenovo Yoga Pro 7a User Guide
