Buy The Marvel Skyline 67006 if you want a compact, all-in-one panorama of Marvel locations. Its 1,261-piece microscale scene combines landmarks from the Avengers, Spider-Man, Fantastic Four, X-Men, Black Panther and other stories in a display that is over 21 cm high, 40 cm wide and 11 cm deep. Choose Avengers Tower 76269 for a much larger Avengers centerpiece, Daily Bugle 76178 for a tall Spider-Man-focused building, or New Avengers Tower 76352 if play features matter as much as display.
The practical complication is regional availability. The official listing used for Skyline shows €99.99 and preorder shipping on 1 January 2027 on LEGO Shop Italy. That is an Italian listing, not a universal price or release guarantee, so check the LEGO store for your country before treating any set as the best value.
The quick decision
The four sets serve different kinds of Marvel collectors rather than competing on one simple scale.
- Choose The Marvel Skyline 67006 when you want many Marvel places in one relatively shallow display and prefer a city panorama to a single building.
- Choose Avengers Tower 76269 when your priority is the largest physical centerpiece, an Avengers-heavy setting and a 31-character roster.
- Choose Daily Bugle 76178 when Spider-Man and comic-book street action are the main attraction.
- Choose New Avengers Tower 76352 when you want a smaller Avengers building with explicit play functions and posing accessories.
Piece count is useful for understanding the broad scale of each model, but it does not by itself establish build quality, building time or value. The official specifications provide reliable comparisons for size, contents and intended audience; they do not replace a hands-on durability or construction assessment.

What The Marvel Skyline 67006 actually is
The Marvel Skyline is a microscale cityscape, not a single full-size building. LEGO describes it as a way to create a connecting narrative across multiple comics, movies and series. The design places recognizable Marvel properties next to one another so the finished model reads as a horizontal skyline rather than as one film-specific headquarters.
The named locations are Avengers Tower, Daily Bugle, Baxter Building, X-Men Mansion, Wakandan Embassy, Rand Enterprises, Pym Laboratories, Hammer Industries, Roxxon Corporation, Oscorp Industries and Fisk Tower. That list is the set’s central appeal: it brings heroes and villains from different corners of Marvel continuity into one display without requiring a separate large model for every franchise.
Because the buildings are represented at microscale, the Skyline emphasizes silhouettes, logos and relationships between landmarks. It is suited to a shelf, desk or cabinet where a 40 cm-wide model can fit but a 90 cm-tall tower cannot. The trade-off is that it is not a substitute for the room-filling interiors and character scenes found in the larger building sets.
Contents and official dimensions
| Specification | The Marvel Skyline 67006 |
|---|---|
| Piece count | 1,261 pieces |
| Official age label | 18+ |
| Height | Over 21 cm |
| Width | 40 cm |
| Depth | 11 cm |
| Named setting | Multiple Marvel locations in one skyline |
| Highlighted figures | Galactus minifigure; Spider-Man and Human Torch trophy figures |
| Small vehicles | X-Jet, Fantastic Four rocket ship and Spider-Mobile |
The dimensions are LEGO’s published product specifications, so “over 21 cm” is not an exact maximum height. Allow extra vertical clearance for the surrounding shelf and for handling the model. The 11 cm depth is the most useful space-planning number: the Skyline is broad but relatively shallow compared with a deep, freestanding building.
Why the figures are different from the alternatives
The Skyline’s highlighted characters are presented as a Galactus minifigure plus Spider-Man and Human Torch trophy figures. These are not the same character-heavy approach as a set built around dozens of conventional minifigures. If collecting minifigures is your primary reason for buying, compare the official figure rosters of the larger towers before choosing; the Skyline’s value is its breadth of locations and its compact silhouette.

How the four display sets compare
| Set | Primary appeal | Officially listed scale and content | Best match |
|---|---|---|---|
| The Marvel Skyline 67006 | Many Marvel locations in one compact panorama | 1,261 pieces; over 21 × 40 × 11 cm; 18+; Galactus plus Spider-Man and Human Torch trophy figures | Collectors with limited display space and broad Marvel tastes |
| Avengers Tower 76269 | Monumental Avengers/Marvel Cinematic Universe centerpiece | 5,201 pieces; over 90 cm tall; 31 figures | Collectors prioritizing height, scale and a large Avengers roster |
| Daily Bugle 76178 | Tall, character-rich Spider-Man headquarters | 3,789 pieces; four stories; over 82 cm tall; 25 characters | Spider-Man and comic-book fans |
| New Avengers Tower 76352 | Avengers display with play functions | 954 pieces; four floors; over 34 cm tall; transparent posing sticks; ages 12+ | Buyers who want to handle and pose the model |
These figures are not an apples-to-apples value ranking. The Skyline is a wide, shallow panorama; Avengers Tower and Daily Bugle are vertical landmarks; New Avengers Tower is a smaller play-oriented building. A taller model uses shelf height differently from a 40 cm-wide skyline, and a large figure count changes the display’s visual density without proving that one set is more satisfying to build.
Avengers Tower 76269: the choice for a monumental centerpiece
Avengers Tower is the clear option when “display set” means an imposing landmark that dominates a room. At over 90 cm tall and with 5,201 pieces, it is several times the Skyline’s piece count and more than four times its listed height. The 31-figure roster also gives it the strongest emphasis on populated Avengers scenes among the four options listed here.

Measure the full vertical space between the shelf and any cabinet, picture frame or ceiling obstruction. Plan a stable location before opening the box: a 90 cm tower is not a model you casually relocate every week. Its visual impact is an advantage for a dedicated display area, but it is a poor fit for a shallow shelf or a room where vertical clearance is limited.
The retrieved US listing showed a price of $499.99 and a temporary out-of-stock status. Both details are market- and time-specific. Check the current local listing rather than assuming that price, stock or delivery timing applies where you live.
Buy Avengers Tower when
- Your collection is centered on the Avengers or Marvel Cinematic Universe.
- You have more than 90 cm of clear vertical space and a stable display surface.
- You value a 31-character roster and a landmark-sized build over compact storage.
- The local price and stock fit a large-set budget.
Skip it when
- You need a model that fits on a desk or a low shelf.
- You want locations from X-Men, Fantastic Four, Wakanda and Spider-Man together rather than one Avengers landmark.
- You prefer a lower-cost entry into Marvel display sets.
Daily Bugle 76178: the Spider-Man and comic-book specialist
Daily Bugle is a four-story building over 82 cm tall with 3,789 pieces and 25 characters. Its identity is narrower than the Skyline’s: the focus is the Daily Bugle newsroom and the wider Spider-Man corner of Marvel. For a collector whose favorite scenes involve Spider-Man, his allies and his villains, that concentration can be more satisfying than a panorama that gives each franchise only a small slice of the display.

- AVENGERS, ASSEMBLE! – Marvel fans ages 12+ can build the iconic Quinjet from Age of Ultron with authentic details and premium display features
- 5 MARVEL ACTION FIGURES – Set includes 5 movie-accurate minifigures: Iron Man, Black Widow with motorcycle, Hawkeye with bow and arrow, Quicksilver, and Ultimate Ultron
- DETAILED DISPLAY MODEL – This superhero toy includes opening cockpit, dual front stud shooters, weapons storage, and rear loading door that creates both play value and eye-catching room decor
- LEGO MARVEL COLLECTIBLE – The finished model comes with a rotating stand for 360-degree viewing of all the authentic details that fans will treasure as a display piece
- GIFT IDEA FOR BOYS & GIRLS – Makes a standout birthday or holiday present for those who love superhero toys and challenging building projects
The four-story structure offers a strong vertical profile without reaching Avengers Tower’s listed height. It still needs substantial shelf clearance, and its 25-character roster makes the façade feel like a populated comic-book set rather than a minimalist architectural model. The important buying question is whether you want one richly themed location or many recognizable locations represented at once.

Buy Daily Bugle when
- Spider-Man is the central character in your Marvel collection.
- You want a tall comic-book building with 25 characters.
- You have room for a model over 82 cm high.
- A four-story newsroom setting appeals more than an Avengers headquarters.
Choose the Skyline instead when
You would rather see Daily Bugle, Baxter Building, X-Men Mansion, Wakandan Embassy and several corporate landmarks in one composition. The Skyline sacrifices interior building scale to deliver that cross-franchise range.
New Avengers Tower 76352: the play-oriented alternative
New Avengers Tower is the most explicitly play-focused option in this comparison. LEGO lists four floors, play features and transparent posing sticks, along with an age label of 12+. At over 34 cm tall and 954 pieces, it is smaller than both Avengers Tower and Daily Bugle and has fewer pieces than the Skyline.
The posing sticks matter if you expect to move characters, stage battles or revisit scenes after the build is complete. They point to a different use case from a microscale skyline that is primarily arranged as a fixed panorama. Buyers who want a display model that can also support active play should start here, while adult collectors seeking a compact architectural overview should start with the Skyline.
Buy New Avengers Tower when
- You want Avengers characters and locations in a model designed to be handled.
- Transparent posing sticks and play features are important to your decision.
- A 34 cm-plus tower is easier to accommodate than an 82–90 cm display building.
- You are buying for an audience covered by the listed 12+ age recommendation.
Choose the Skyline instead when
You prefer a static, adult-oriented 18+ display and want Marvel locations beyond the Avengers setting. The Skyline’s 40 cm width and 11 cm depth make it a different kind of space commitment even though its piece count is higher.

Which set fits your display space?
Start with the available space, not the box art. Measure width, depth and height, then compare those measurements with the official dimensions that are available for each model. The Skyline’s footprint is about 40 cm by 11 cm, so it needs width but little depth. Avengers Tower and Daily Bugle prioritize height at over 90 cm and over 82 cm respectively. New Avengers Tower is over 34 cm tall, making it the least demanding vertical option of the three buildings listed.
- Desk or shallow shelf: The Skyline is the logical first candidate because its listed depth is 11 cm.
- Tall display cabinet: Daily Bugle can work if you have over 82 cm of clearance; Avengers Tower needs over 90 cm.
- Child-accessible or activity area: New Avengers Tower’s play features and posing sticks suit handling better than a fixed skyline.
- Dedicated collector wall: Avengers Tower provides the strongest single vertical statement, while the Skyline spreads its visual information horizontally.
Do not treat the listed dimensions as a promise that a model will fit with no clearance. Leave room to place, dust and remove the set without scraping nearby objects.

Choose breadth of Marvel worlds
The Skyline is the only option here explicitly built around a cross-franchise city panorama. Its named locations span Avengers, Spider-Man, Fantastic Four, X-Men, Wakanda and fictional corporations. That makes it the strongest choice for a collector who does not want to choose one Marvel corner.
Choose a large figure roster
Avengers Tower lists 31 figures and Daily Bugle lists 25 characters. Those counts are substantially higher than the highlighted figure content described for the Skyline. If minifigure variety is the main purchase criterion, begin with those two sets and then decide whether Avengers or Spider-Man is the better theme.

New Avengers Tower is the explicit play choice because LEGO lists play features and transparent posing sticks. The other three descriptions emphasize display scale, locations or character rosters rather than those handling features.

Price, release timing and stock: verify locally
The only Skyline commercial detail established here is from LEGO Shop Italy: €99.99 with preorder shipping on 1 January 2027. That price and date belong to the Italian listing retrieved on 13 October 2026. They should not be presented as a US price, a worldwide release date or a guarantee that every region will have stock.
Avengers Tower’s retrieved US result showed $499.99 and temporary out-of-stock status. The comparison set pages did not establish one current market price for all four products, so a cross-set “best value” calculation would be misleading. Before ordering, check:

- That the page is for your country or currency.
- Whether the set is available, on preorder or temporarily out of stock.
- The stated dispatch or shipping date, especially for a preorder.

Use the exact product numbers—67006, 76269, 76178 and 76352—when searching a local LEGO store, because similarly named Avengers products can otherwise produce the wrong listing.
A practical buying framework
- Measure the shelf. Record usable width, depth and height. Reject any model that cannot fit with handling clearance.
- Pick the dominant Marvel theme. Select cross-franchise locations, Avengers, Spider-Man or play features before comparing piece counts.
- Set the acceptable scale. Decide whether you want a microscale panorama, a tall four-story building or a monumental tower.
- Check the character requirement. If a large roster is essential, the listed 31 figures for Avengers Tower or 25 characters for Daily Bugle are the relevant specifications.
- Verify your local listing. Confirm currency, stock and shipping date on the regional LEGO store.
- Plan the display after purchase. Keep the model away from edges, allow dusting access and avoid a location where frequent moves are unavoidable.
Final recommendation by buyer type
| If your priority is… | Best match | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A broad Marvel panorama in a compact footprint | The Marvel Skyline 67006 | Microscale landmarks from many Marvel stories; 40 cm wide and 11 cm deep |
| The biggest Avengers statement | Avengers Tower 76269 | Over 90 cm tall, 5,201 pieces and 31 figures |
| Spider-Man and comic-book characters | Daily Bugle 76178 | Four stories, over 82 cm tall and 25 characters |
| Interactive Avengers play | New Avengers Tower 76352 | Four floors, play features and transparent posing sticks |
For most collectors deciding specifically between the Skyline and the other display sets, the answer comes down to footprint versus monumentality. The Skyline is the most versatile subject and the easiest to place in a shallow display area. Avengers Tower and Daily Bugle reward buyers who want one towering location with a large cast. New Avengers Tower is the sensible choice when the model must function as a playset as well as a display.
Check the local LEGO listing immediately before purchase, particularly for Skyline 67006: the verified €99.99 price and 1 January 2027 preorder shipment apply to LEGO Shop Italy and should not be generalized to another country.
