Leadrat announced on October 12, 2026, that it acquired Calllive.ai, an AI voice-agent platform for real-estate sales. The planned addition is intended to let Leadrat customers automate lead calls, qualification, site-visit scheduling and CRM updates. The deal price and detailed terms were not disclosed in the reviewed coverage.
What the acquisition adds
Leadrat says Calllive.ai will extend its CRM beyond tracking leads and recommending follow-ups: voice agents are intended to carry out those actions by calling prospects. The announced capabilities include making and receiving calls, qualifying real-estate leads, booking site visits and updating CRM records automatically. Coverage says the agents support Hinglish and multiple Indian languages.
Calllive.ai describes its own product as AI voice agents for tasks such as lead qualification, follow-up and property-viewing scheduling. That is the vendor’s product description, not independent evidence of how well the agents perform.
When will Calllive.ai be integrated into Leadrat?
Leadrat’s announcement targeted full integration by the end of December 2026. It also said the product would eventually be rebranded CallingCat. Both were future plans as of October 13, 2026; neither should be treated as a completed milestone.

What Leadrat says the deal is meant to change
Leadrat founder and CEO Himanshu Kumar said CRMs have traditionally told salespeople whom to call, when to follow up and what to do next, while leaving execution to people. He said the next generation of CRM would take actions rather than merely recommend them.
Kumar also described an ambition to contact every new lead within 24 seconds of an enquiry. This is a company goal, not a verified response-time commitment or measured service result.
