Choose between Lattice and 15Five by matching the workflows you need to the specific products in each quote—not by comparing the lowest advertised prices. Their plans are structured differently: Lattice lists Performance and Goals & OKRs separately, while 15Five offers Engage, Perform, and a Total Platform bundle.

How the plans and published prices compare

The figures below are vendor-published prices for annual billing, not a like-for-like quote. Prices and package details can change, so confirm the current offer and included features with each vendor.

Vendor and plan Published price What the vendor lists Pricing context
Lattice Performance $10 per seat per month Performance reviews, succession planning, promotions, performance improvement plans, talent reviews, and calibration Lattice’s pricing page lists annual billing in USD and a $4,000 minimum annual agreement. Lattice pricing
Lattice Goals & OKRs $8 per seat per month Cascading goals and progress updates
Lattice Foundations $13 per seat per month Foundations package; check the current page and quote for the exact included features
15Five Engage $4 per user per month Engagement surveys and assessments 15Five lists these prices with annual billing. Its pricing page was marked updated February 2026 and says prices are subject to change. 15Five pricing
15Five Perform $11 per user per month Performance reviews, goals, 360-degree feedback, talent matrix, career paths, and plans
15Five Total Platform $16 per user per month Combines Engage and Perform with additional listed capabilities; confirm the complete package in the current quote

These prices use different plan structures and may not cover the same requirements. For example, comparing Lattice Performance alone with 15Five Total Platform would not compare equivalent bundles. A Lattice buyer needing both performance management and goals should price the required products together, then check the annual minimum against the organization’s expected seat count.

Which workflows should decide the choice?

Start with the work your people team and managers need to do, then ask each vendor to demonstrate those tasks using the specific plan under consideration.

  • Engagement surveys and assessments: 15Five lists these under Engage. Confirm the survey, assessment, and follow-up capabilities your team requires.
  • Reviews and feedback: Both vendors list performance-review capabilities. 15Five also lists 360-degree feedback; Lattice lists talent reviews and calibration under Performance.
  • Goals and OKRs: Lattice lists Goals & OKRs as a separate product, including cascading goals and progress updates. 15Five lists goals under Perform.
  • Talent and career processes: Lattice lists succession planning, promotions, and performance improvement plans. 15Five lists a talent matrix, career paths, and plans. Ask for a demonstration of the exact process and reporting your organization uses.

The feature lists are starting points, not proof that a particular workflow will work the way your organization expects. Request a demonstration of role permissions, manager steps, employee experience, reporting, and any required handoffs before selecting a bundle. Lattice’s listed capabilities and 15Five’s plan descriptions can help define that checklist.

How to estimate the real annual cost

  1. Count the seats: Use the number of people who need access, and clarify with each vendor how it defines a billable seat or user.
  2. List required modules: Identify the minimum set of workflows from the checklist above. Do not assume a feature is included just because it appears elsewhere on a vendor’s site.
  3. Build the annual comparison: Multiply the relevant published monthly per-seat rates by the seat count and 12, applying the required products or tier. Treat this as a starting estimate, not a quote.
  4. Check minimums and terms: Lattice states a $4,000 minimum annual agreement, with annual billing in USD. Ask both vendors for written confirmation of current pricing, included features, and any implementation or service terms that apply to your proposed purchase.

For a usable comparison, request written quotes for the same seat count and the same workflow checklist. The vendor quote—not a headline rate—should establish the exact package, total annual commitment, and applicable terms.

How to assess vendor differentiators

Lattice’s comparison page argues that its analytics and development support are stronger than 15Five’s. That is Lattice’s own positioning, not an independent finding. If analytics or employee development is central to the decision, ask both vendors to show the relevant reports and workflows against your requirements rather than treating the comparison claim as proof of fit.
