Why the Ferrari’s 8.608-second figure does not settle the matchup
The SF90 Stradale’s historical Flash Event is recorded as running from October 8 to October 15, 2020, with an 8.608-second requirement. That number tells you what the event demanded from a qualifying setup at that time. It does not say that the Ferrari completed a quarter-mile or half-mile faster than the Revuelto, and it does not identify the car’s star level, upgrade stages, fusion load, tune or shift pattern.
Event requirements and fastest-time tables answer different questions. An event gate asks whether a specified progression target can be met. A fastest-time record attempts to measure the lowest elapsed time under a particular build and driving method. Treating the former as the latter can produce a confident but unsupported verdict.
“Better for racing” can mean five different things
Before comparing the cars, choose the outcome you care about. A recommendation that is correct for one goal may be useless for another.

Fastest elapsed time
If your goal is a leaderboard or personal best, compare measured elapsed times at the same distance. Keep quarter-mile and half-mile results separate. A car that wins one distance is not automatically the winner at the other.
Event progression
For a campaign or Flash Event, the relevant question is whether the car is eligible and can meet the event’s requirements with the resources you have. The Ferrari’s 8.608-second historical requirement is tied to one past event and should not be treated as a current universal target.

If one car is already in your garage, upgrading it may be more practical than pursuing an unconfirmed acquisition route for the other. The evidence supplied here does not establish a current acquisition path for either model, so check the live game before spending resources.
The only fair way to test Revuelto versus SF90 Stradale
A useful comparison controls the variables that can change an elapsed time. Record every setting so another player can reproduce the run.
- Choose one race distance. Run a quarter-mile test or a half-mile test, but do not combine the results. Label the distance in every note or screenshot.
- Match the build state. Use equivalent stage-upgrade levels, and document the installed fusion parts. If the game does not allow identical upgrade states, report the exact difference instead of calling the test equal.
- Record star versions. Note the star level for both cars. A star difference can change the available performance and makes a direct comparison less clean.
- Set and record the tune. Capture the values shown for nitrous, final drive and tire settings, or the equivalent tuning fields displayed by your version of CSR2.
- Use a repeatable shift pattern. Write down launch timing, shift points and nitrous activation. One unusually good or bad run should not decide the result.
- Run multiple attempts. Keep the elapsed time and conditions for each attempt. Report the best run and the spread rather than presenting one unexplained screenshot as a definitive record.
- Keep event rules separate. If a run is made with an event restriction, label it as event-eligible. Do not compare it directly with a fully upgraded unrestricted run.
- Publish the complete context. Include car model, stars, stage upgrades, fusion parts, tune, shift pattern, race distance and elapsed time. Without those details, another player cannot judge whether the result is comparable.
A practical test sheet
Use a table like this for each car. “Not stated” is preferable to filling a gap with an assumption.

This format also exposes why two players can report different “best” times without either player necessarily being wrong: they may be using different star versions, upgrade ceilings, fusion inventories, tunes, distances or event restrictions.

The listed 607 stock rating and 713 maximum rating are useful identifiers for the SF90 Stradale entry. They can help you check whether you are looking at the intended model in a database or the game. They are not a speedometer. A rating does not provide the elapsed time of a specific race, and the available evidence does not give a corresponding Revuelto rating to place beside it.
Do not confuse the Ferrari SF90 Stradale with the Ferrari SF90 XX Stradale. An official CSR2 update dated April 1, 2024 described the SF90 XX Stradale as the reward for the Ferrari XX Ascension series. That is a different model from the SF90 Stradale named in this comparison. Its reward status cannot be used as evidence about the performance, availability or event history of the standard SF90 Stradale.
What the Lamborghini Revuelto listing does—and does not—tell you
The CSR Racing Wiki car list includes the Lamborghini Revuelto. That establishes that the model is represented in CSR2’s car catalog. The listing, as described in the available evidence, does not establish a current way to obtain it, a stock or maximum rating, a best quarter-mile time, a best half-mile time or a matched test against the SF90 Stradale.
Those omissions matter if your decision is resource-based. You should not assume that the Revuelto is easier to obtain, cheaper to upgrade, eligible for a particular event or faster at a particular distance simply because it appears in the list.

Common comparison mistakes
Using an event gate as a personal-best time
The 8.608-second figure belongs to a historical SF90 Stradale Flash Event requirement. Calling it the Ferrari’s universal best time changes the meaning of the source.
Mixing quarter-mile and half-mile results
Always name the distance. A time without a distance cannot support a comparison.
Comparing maximum builds with event builds
A fully upgraded, fully fused car and an event-limited car answer different practical questions. Label the build state in the result.
Ignoring stars, fusions and tune
These variables are part of the test condition, not optional footnotes. Omitting them makes a claimed advantage difficult to reproduce.
Assuming a catalog entry proves availability
Being listed in a community car catalog does not establish that the car is currently obtainable through a particular dealership, event or crate.

Substituting the SF90 XX Stradale
The SF90 XX Stradale reward mentioned in the April 1, 2024 official update is not the SF90 Stradale in this title. Keep the names and evidence separate.
Treating community fastest-time tables as official benchmarks
Community tables can be useful leads, but they are not automatically equivalent to an official, controlled CSR2 performance dataset. Check the conditions behind any number before using it as a verdict.
Which car should you use right now?
If you need a defensible answer from the documented information alone, use neither car as a universal recommendation. The SF90 Stradale has the clearer published profile: Tier 5, 607 stock rating and 713 maximum rating, plus a historical Flash Event record. The Revuelto is confirmed in the car list, but its comparable ratings and times are not established here. That difference in documentation is not proof that the Ferrari is faster.

For an actual garage decision, first identify the event or race distance, then inspect the live rules and your available builds. If you already own one car at a substantially better upgrade state, test that car under the event’s conditions before diverting resources. If you are choosing strictly by speed, wait for or perform a matched test using the procedure above.
Bottom line on the Revuelto-versus-SF90 matchup
The matchup remains unresolved. Current evidence confirms both models’ presence in CSR2, documents the SF90 Stradale’s Tier 5 status and listed ratings, and records a past 8.608-second event requirement. It does not provide equivalent race times under the same distance, upgrades, fusion parts, tune and shift pattern. Until that controlled comparison exists, “better for racing” is a question of use case and live-game conditions—not a proven Ferrari or Lamborghini victory.
