Short answer: choose KINGDOM HEARTS Collection [I~III] if you play on PS5 or Nintendo Switch 2 and want the three modern collection packages, including Kingdom Hearts III + Re Mind. Choose the All-In-One Package if you are buying for PS4. The older Nintendo Switch Integrum Masterpiece is a separate cloud-streaming release, not the same product as the Switch 2 collection.
The important distinction is scope: these packages list games, remasters and cinematic story experiences. “Ten experiences” does not mean ten separately playable games, and no package should be assumed to contain every Kingdom Hearts release beyond the items it names.

Prices, stock and storefront options change by country. Because comparable current prices were not established for every region, compare the live listing in your own store rather than using an old sale price or assuming that two packages cost the same.

Square Enix lists KINGDOM HEARTS Collection [I~III] for PS5 and Nintendo Switch 2 with an October 8, 2026 release date. The package combines three named components:

This is the clearest choice when your definition of “the collection” includes Kingdom Hearts III and its Re Mind downloadable expansion. It is not merely an HD 1.5+2.5 re-release with a new label; the publisher explicitly lists all three components.
Platform-specific extras
The publisher identifies a Midnight Blue Keyblade for the PS5 version and a Long Night Keyblade for the Nintendo Switch 2 version. These are platform-specific bonuses and do not change the collection’s core software list.
Physical-copy download requirement
The physical version requires an internet connection and an additional data download. Plan to connect the console before starting installation, especially if you are buying the disc or game-card version for a console with limited free storage. Square Enix Support says the Switch physical edition includes a game card containing game data and that the physical and digital contents do not differ; the collection-specific download requirement still applies.

What is in the PS4 All-In-One Package?
The PS4 Kingdom Hearts All-In-One Package listing names ten experiences:
- Kingdom Hearts III
- Kingdom Hearts II FINAL MIX
- Kingdom Hearts FINAL MIX
- Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories
- Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days
- Kingdom Hearts Re:coded

The word “experiences” matters. The list mixes full playable releases with story presentations. 358/2 Days and Re:coded are presented in the HD collection format as cinematic story material rather than new, separately playable remakes, and χ Back Cover is a film-style story presentation. The package therefore gives you the story coverage represented by ten named items, but it should not be advertised as ten independent playable games.
For PS4, this is the directly listed all-in-one option. A PS4 owner should not assume that the newer Collection [I~III] will run on that console simply because the package names overlap; the newer listing specifies PS5 and Nintendo Switch 2.
How HD 1.5+2.5 ReMIX fits into the larger bundles
PlayStation describes HD 1.5+2.5 ReMIX as an HD-remastered collection of six experiences. Xbox uses similar language, calling it an essential collection of the first six stories. It is therefore a substantial standalone component, but it is not interchangeable with Collection [I~III].
In practical buying terms, HD 1.5+2.5 covers the earlier portion of the series represented by the first and second collection groupings. It does not, by its own six-experience scope, add Kingdom Hearts III, Re Mind, or the complete HD 2.8 component. If you already own it, check which other component you need before purchasing a larger bundle; otherwise you may pay for duplicated content.
What the older Nintendo Switch cloud package means
Square Enix’s January 18, 2022 announcement introduced the Nintendo Switch releases as cloud versions and named the all-in-one bundle KINGDOM HEARTS INTEGRUM MASTERPIECE for Cloud. That announcement describes ten games and cinematic experiences in total.

A cloud release is different from a native installation. The game runs through a streaming service, so play depends on an internet connection, service availability and network performance. It should not be treated as equivalent to a game card that contains the software or to an offline download. Regional storefront availability and service conditions may also change, so verify that the cloud listing still operates in your country before buying an older Switch copy.
Do not confuse this package with the later Switch 2 Collection [I~III]. The names sound related, but the delivery method and listed platform are different: the older product is a Switch cloud collection, while the newer product is listed for Nintendo Switch 2 and has a physical edition with a game card plus additional data download.

Is any one edition the entire Kingdom Hearts series?
Only within its stated list. Collection [I~III] is the current three-component bundle: HD 1.5+2.5, HD 2.8 and Kingdom Hearts III with Re Mind. The PS4 All-In-One Package is the ten-item PS4 listing. Integrum Masterpiece is the ten-item Switch cloud listing announced in 2022.
Those descriptions answer what each package contains; they do not establish that every Kingdom Hearts product ever released, every mobile or online service, or future entries are included. Use the named contents as the boundary of ownership. If an item is not listed for the edition you are considering, do not assume it is included because the word “all-in-one,” “collection” or “experiences” appears in the title.

Buying checklist before you pay
- Match the console: confirm PS4, PS5 or Nintendo Switch 2 compatibility. Do not infer compatibility from a similar product name.
- Read the contents panel: verify whether the listing names HD 1.5+2.5, HD 2.8 and Kingdom Hearts III + Re Mind, or the ten-item PS4 list.
- Check the delivery method: distinguish a physical game card, a digital product and a cloud version.
- Plan for downloads: the Collection [I~III] physical edition needs internet access and additional data; free storage and a stable connection are practical requirements.
- Account for duplicates: if you already own HD 1.5+2.5 or another component, compare the remaining content rather than buying by bundle name alone.
- Verify region and availability: prices, inventory, storefront rights and cloud support vary by country and can change after launch.
