You therefore cannot turn the Reflex 5 description into a numerical comparison with another mattress. Memory foam contouring can feel cushioning to one sleeper and restrictive to another. A warm room, bedding, body weight and sleeping position will also affect how hot or cool a mattress feels. Because there is no Chiro Resolve laboratory cooling result in the supplied sources, use the cover and foam descriptions as a reason to test the mattress, not as proof that it will sleep cool.

Firm, medium or plush: what the choices mean
A.H. Beard lists three comfort choices: firm, medium and plush. Those labels are useful for narrowing a showroom search, but they are not a universal firmness scale. A person’s perceived firmness changes with body weight, posture, shoulder and hip shape, the bed base and whether a partner shares the surface.
Firm
A firm option may suit sleepers who dislike sinking and prefer a more level surface. It can still feel different from another brand’s firm mattress, so check whether your shoulders and hips can settle enough to keep your spine comfortable when lying on your side.

Medium
Medium is a compromise rather than a guaranteed “one feel fits all” setting. Couples with different preferences should each lie in their usual position and check whether one person’s movement or pressure points become a problem.
Plush
Plush generally allows more initial cushioning and contouring. Confirm that you can change position easily and that your hips do not sink farther than feels comfortable. The label alone cannot predict that result.

The manufacturer lists seven sizes. Measurements below are length × width in millimetres, as stated by A.H. Beard.

These are mattress dimensions, not the outside dimensions of a base, frame or headboard. Measure the bedroom, doorways, lifts, stairs and the path delivery staff must use. Also measure the existing base if you plan to reuse it; a mattress that fits the room can still be incompatible with the frame.

A.H. Beard’s FAQ advises: “If you share your bed with a partner, buy the biggest size you can afford that will fit in your bedroom.” That is practical space guidance, not a requirement to choose a particular size. A larger bed can reduce accidental contact and give each sleeper more room, but only after the room and delivery route have been checked.
Will it help backache?
The name “Chiro” and the manufacturer’s reference to an ICA recommendation can imply a medical benefit, but the available product information does not establish one. There is no published clinical result showing that Chiro Resolve treats back pain, improves a diagnosis or performs better than another mattress for people with backache.
Comfort and spinal support are individual. If you have persistent, severe or worsening pain, obtain medical advice rather than choosing a mattress as treatment. For ordinary mattress shopping, assess whether your spine feels neutral in your normal sleeping position, whether you can turn without excessive effort and whether pressure builds at your shoulders, hips or lower back. Edge support and movement between partners
Performa Edge Support is the manufacturer’s named perimeter feature. It may make sitting at the edge feel more secure and preserve usable sleeping width, but the supplied information gives no compression measurement or independent edge score. Sit on the edge in a showroom and lie close to it in your normal position.

A.H. Beard says Chiro Resolve is compatible with A.H. Beard adjustable bases. If you are considering a different base, confirm compatibility with the seller before payment. Ask for the compatible base dimensions, maximum supported weight, required hinge or flex points and whether using a non-A.H. Beard base affects the guarantee.
Match the base to the mattress size. Do not assume that a queen mattress will fit every queen adjustable frame: the frame’s actual platform dimensions, retaining features and clearance can differ. If you already own a base, provide its model and measurements to the retailer so the fit can be checked in writing.

The official product information says the original purchaser has a 10-year guarantee against faulty workmanship and materials, with repair stated as the remedy. It also says there are no change-of-mind returns and that a support-level adjustment may be available for a nominal fee. These statements are important, but the full current guarantee, exclusions and retailer terms control the transaction.

Before ordering, obtain the following in writing:
- the complete guarantee document and the definition of a covered defect;
- the remedy at each stage, including whether repair, inspection or transport costs are charged;
- the current policy for comfort or support-level changes and the “nominal” fee;
- whether the seller offers a comfort trial for this exact model, size and firmness, and what conditions apply;
- the treatment of adjustable bases, stains, unsuitable foundations and commercial use.
Do not assume that a trial offered on an unrelated mattress or by another retailer applies to Chiro Resolve. No current trial length, price or retailer stock by variant is established in the available sources.

The researched pages do not establish a current price, a current Australian stock position or a price difference between sizes and comfort options. A retailer may quote a promotional, delivery-inclusive or base-inclusive figure that is not comparable with another quote. Ask for an itemised total covering the mattress, base, delivery, old-mattress removal, stairs or difficult access, and any adjustment fee.
Check that the invoice names King Koil Chiro Resolve, the exact size and the chosen comfort level. Confirm the seller’s delivery estimate, packaging, setup responsibility and cancellation rules.
