What kind of game is it?
KONAMI’s new 2D exploration action game is set in Paris in 1499, 23 years after Castlevania III: Dracula’s Curse. Players control Rose Belmont, daughter of Trevor Belmont, who uses the Vampire Killer whip, other weapons, and skills to explore the city and its castle while fighting monsters. KONAMI lists Evil Empire as co-developer and Motion Twin as an advisory studio. [KONAMI announcement, June 8, 2026]
