Jacob Fatu’s next WWE appearance has no confirmed date. A report published October 6, 2026, says he missed the Raw after an on-screen car attack and may have been filming a WWE-produced show; that explanation was attributed to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, not announced by WWE. Fatu remains listed as a WWE Superstar on WWE’s official profile, so the possibilities below are routes back to TV or in-ring action—not claims that he has left the company or that a return is scheduled.
When will Jacob Fatu return to WWE?
There is no confirmed return date. Wrestling Inc.’s October 6, 2026 report says Fatu was run over backstage in a Raw storyline involving Jaida Parker and the 946, then was absent from the following Raw. It relayed Meltzer’s reported filming explanation, but did not establish how long the absence would last. WWE has not confirmed the reason or a return timeline in the cited sources. Wrestling Inc.’s report should therefore be read as secondhand reporting, not an official WWE update.
Fatu’s official profile identifies him as a WWE Superstar and says he debuted on SmackDown on June 21, 2024, as Solo Sikoa’s enforcer. It also identifies his Anoa’i-family connections. In May 2026, WWE covered his return to SmackDown after he secured a World Heavyweight Championship match against Roman Reigns; that is useful precedent for a major singles story, not an announcement of a new match. Each scenario below is speculative. WWE has not confirmed any of these booking plans. The first four keep him close to the faction conflict around the car angle; the fifth would use the break to pivot toward singles competition.

1. Continue the 946 feud after the car angle
Fatu could reappear on Raw or SmackDown and make clear that the backstage attack did not end the dispute. That would be the most direct continuation of the reported angle: he could confront the 946 or target its members, moving quickly into a rematch or another faction confrontation. It requires the least new setup because it picks up the existing storyline.
2. Interrupt a match involving the 946 and Bloodline
Fatu could return during a match between the 946 and Bloodline members, changing the result or setting up a larger group bout. The report places those factions in a current feud and says Fatu was absent from a planned faction match. It does not establish that he is booked for a future match or that he will take either side, so this route would need WWE to bring him back into the faction story on screen.

3. Back up The Usos and Solo Sikoa
Another option is for Fatu to arrive as backup for The Usos and Solo Sikoa. His family ties make that reunion legible, while the tension between family members could also let WWE complicate the alliance rather than restore it cleanly. His profile supports the family connection; it does not establish a current alliance or confirm that he will return on their behalf.
4. Confront Jaida Parker directly
Fatu could make Parker the focus of his comeback, confronting her over the car-incident storyline and turning a faction dispute into a more personal feud. This would extend the reported angle, but a singles program with Parker has not been confirmed. It would also require WWE to establish what the confrontation means for the wider 946 story.

5. Return with a singles challenge
WWE could instead use the gap to reset Fatu as a solo contender, with a challenge that moves him away from the faction conflict. He has already been placed in a high-profile singles title story: WWE covered his return to SmackDown in May 2026 after he secured a World Heavyweight Championship match against Roman Reigns. That history makes a new singles program plausible, but it does not mean a rematch or championship opportunity has been announced.

Meltzer was quoted by Wrestling Inc. as saying: “So the Jacob thing, I believe Jacob and Joe Hendry and Drew McIntyre are doing some WWE show … so that explains that angle with Jacob.” The statement was attributed to Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio. Its wording is tentative, and WWE has not confirmed it in the cited coverage. It may explain the timing of the storyline absence, but it does not establish a return date or which story Fatu will enter next.
