The Kuvings SV400MB is a regional version of the SV-400 vacuum blender, with a 1,500 W motor, a 1,000 ml blending capacity, vacuum and blending modes, and a manufacturer-described noise-reduction cover. Its headline features are clear, but the evidence for quieter operation or better nutrient retention is limited to manufacturer claims. Warranty, parts, and availability also depend on your country.
What is the Kuvings SV400MB?
Kuvings’ main product page calls the appliance the SV-400, while Kuvings Vietnam identifies its regional listing as “SV-400 [SV-400MB].” That makes SV400MB a regional designation associated with the SV-400, rather than a name used consistently across every market. Check the model label, included manual, and seller’s listing for the exact version you are considering. Kuvings’ SV-400 product page and its Vietnam SV-400MB listing document the product details.
What are the SV400MB’s specifications?
The following figures are published by Kuvings, not independent performance-test results. The manufacturer pages do not state a publication year for these specifications.
| Specification | Manufacturer-published value |
|---|---|
| Motor power | 1,500 W |
| Speed | 32,000 RPM |
| Maximum blending capacity | 1,000 ml |
| Maximum grinding capacity | 700 g |
| Dimensions | 194 × 196 × 434 mm |
| Weight | 5.5 kg |
| Electrical rating | AC 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz |
| Maximum mixing use period | 1 minute 10 seconds |
| Maximum soup use period | 6 minutes 30 seconds |
The 1,000 ml figure is the listed maximum blending capacity, so it is the most relevant number for judging batch size. The 700 g grinding capacity is a separate limit and should not be read as an additional liquid capacity. Before buying, verify that the voltage and plug arrangement suit your location; the cited specifications are for 220–240 V power.

What does it do, and how does vacuum blending work?
Vacuum and blending modes
Kuvings Australia lists ON/OFF, Pulse, Clean, Soup, Manual Mode, Vacuum Only, Vacuum & Blend, and Blend Only. The vacuum module removes air from the blending container before blending in the vacuum modes. Kuvings says limiting air contact helps retain qualities such as color, flavor, or nutrients. The product information does not provide an independent comparative study or methods showing a nutritional advantage for this model, so treat that benefit as a manufacturer claim—not a demonstrated health outcome.
Blades, soup, and cleaning
Kuvings describes a six-blade, three-dimensional moving system. The manufacturer says it is designed for thorough mixing and juice texture; that is a product description, not an independent evaluation. The Soup function uses high-speed rotation to warm ingredients, according to Kuvings. The listed maximum soup use period is 6 minutes 30 seconds, but the available product details do not establish that the blender cooks every recipe or reaches a particular safe serving temperature.

Follow the manual supplied with your specific unit for full cleaning and safety directions. Kuvings Poland’s regional site provides this cleaning guidance.
How loud is the Kuvings SV400MB?
Kuvings Australia describes the noise shield as reducing vibration and noise and reports an average sound level in the 75 dB range. That is a vendor-reported figure: the page does not provide a measurement protocol, and no independent corroboration is established here. It is not enough to conclude that the SV400MB is quieter than another blender or quiet in ordinary kitchen use. Kuvings Australia’s SV400 page is the source for the figure and description.

Is the SV400MB discontinued, and can you get parts?
Kuvings Australia’s blender comparison page marks the SV400 as discontinued. This establishes the status stated by that Australian regional site, not worldwide unavailability; availability and support can differ by country. Ask a local seller or Kuvings office whether the exact regional version is still sold and supported.
Kuvings Vietnam links an instruction manual and an SV-400MB parts category, which shows that regional documentation and a parts reference exist. It does not establish that every part is currently in stock or compatible with every SV-400 variant. Confirm the part number and compatibility with the seller before ordering. The Vietnam product listing contains the manual and parts references; the Australian comparison page carries its discontinued label.

What warranty applies?
Warranty coverage is regional and may differ by component and use. The available Kuvings policies show materially different terms:
| Regional source | Published warranty detail |
|---|---|
| Kuvings Australia | 12-month domestic-use warranty; jugs are excluded |
| Kuvings Vietnam | One-year motor warranty |
| Kuvings Switzerland | Two years on the motor and one year on other parts for private use |
Kuvings Australia says a purchase receipt is required for a warranty claim. These policies should not be assumed to apply outside their stated markets. Check the policy for your country and seller, including whether the jug is covered, before purchase. See Kuvings Australia’s warranty page, Kuvings Vietnam’s listing, and Kuvings Switzerland’s regional information.

What does the available independent review listing establish?
CHOICE’s Australian listing describes the SV400MB as a high-performance blender and displays a price of $799. The price may be stale, and the expert rating and detailed findings are members-only on the page retrieved, so it does not support a score or specific test conclusion here. CHOICE’s SV400MB listing is the source for those limited details.
Who should consider the Kuvings SV400MB?
The SV400MB may suit someone seeking a vacuum-blending workflow, a 1,000 ml maximum blending capacity, and dedicated soup and cleaning modes. The published specifications and mode list explain what the machine is designed to offer, but they do not establish a comparative advantage in nutrition, noise, or blending results. Its regional model naming, electrical rating, warranty terms, and availability make local verification especially important before committing to a purchase.
