The Fallen Emperor is not a quick, low-risk loot stop: reaching it requires an Emperor Gateway Conduit, and the dungeon combines ARC encounters, traversal, and environmental hazards. What the Emperor Gateway Conduit unlocks
The Fallen Emperor is a dungeon inside the downed ARC on Pendola Pass. The gateway requires an Emperor Gateway Conduit; the reported entrance prompt reads “Unlock: 0/1 Emperor Gateway Conduit.” PCGamesN describes the location and access requirement.
The dungeon’s main progression draw is its Amplification Modules. Dot Esports also identifies the Emperor Modulator as a requirement for Gunsmith Workbench level four. Guides report that crafting the Conduit requires learning its blueprint and taking one each of the ARC Plated Coupler, ARC Conductive Coupler, and ARC Insulated Coupler to Workbench I. The reported farming route is Redirection on Pendola Pass: use an Emperor Relay or Beacon to call a Harvester Payload, then search its contents. You may not need to craft the item yourself. A squadmate or another Raider can open the gateway, allowing you to enter with them; coordinate beforehand, since this removes the crafting step but not the dungeon’s hazards. PCGamesN
What makes the run risky
Current guides describe Hydra encounters, poison and laser hazards, and traversal challenges. The room order can vary, so a fixed route may not fit every visit. Treat this as a combat-and-navigation commitment rather than a guaranteed cache pickup. GamesRadar+
