There is no authoritative confirmation that the Naruto Mobile version you mean is currently free to download, and no official source lists what its in-app purchases contain. The name covers more than one release: Tencent’s existing Chinese mobile game, listed as 火影忍者, and a separate worldwide release announced for 火影忍者 MOBILE. Their prices, regions and purchase systems must not be treated as interchangeable.
As of 16 October 2026, the safest answer is therefore: check the official storefront page for your country before installing, and do not assume that the Chinese game’s terms will apply to the announced global version.
What is confirmed about Naruto Mobile’s price?
The available official material does not establish a current download price for the existing Tencent game. The captured listing reports version 1.79.79.9 and an update date of 10 September 2026, but it does not show a price or a detailed list of paid items. The listing is available at Xiaomi App Store. A listing visible in one Chinese store should not be read as a worldwide price statement.

There is also a new announcement to keep separate from the existing game. Bandai Namco announced on 11 October 2026 that 火影忍者 MOBILE is planned for worldwide release. The announcement says more information will be provided at Jump Festa 2027, but gives no launch date, supported countries, storefront page, install price or in-app-purchase categories. Until an official storefront listing or purchase breakdown appears, a definitive yes-or-no answer would overstate the evidence.
Which game does the name refer to?
The existing Tencent game
Tencent’s profile concerns a mobile fighting game based on Naruto that it developed and launched in 2016. Its description covers narrative fighting, collectible playable characters, training and PVP. It does not identify a current free-download policy, a one-time purchase price, or the contents and prices of any optional transactions.

The Xiaomi result is a regional listing for 火影忍者, not proof that every country receives the same package, payment options or release schedule. Its developer and package identifier help you recognize that listing when several similarly named apps appear. The captured version and update date are useful for identifying the edition, but they do not establish whether installation costs money or whether later screens contain paid features.
The announced worldwide release
火影忍者 MOBILE is the title used in Bandai Namco’s 11 October 2026 worldwide-release announcement. Worldwide distribution is planned, but the announcement does not yet say when downloads open, which territories are included, which platforms will carry it, or how monetization will work. Details promised for Jump Festa 2027 are not a substitute for a live store listing.
A similar title that is not the same game

“Not stated” means the cited material does not provide the figure. It does not mean the game is definitely paid, definitely free, or definitely without optional purchases.
How to verify the cost before you install

- Expand the purchase disclosure. Look for labels such as In-App Purchases, in-app products or a store-specific purchase list. Record the currency, whether prices are recurring or one-time, and whether the page marks products as consumable. If the section is absent, that absence is not proof that no purchases exist; the store may not have published a complete catalog.
- Confirm the country and currency. Prices, taxes, age restrictions and payment methods can differ between territories. A screenshot or listing from China cannot establish the price shown to a player elsewhere.
- Check the listing date and version. Record the version number and last-update date. A later update can change purchase names, availability or regional access, so old articles and screenshots are not reliable price evidence.
- Review the publisher’s launch notice. For the announced worldwide title, compare the live store page with Bandai Namco’s official announcement and any information released at Jump Festa 2027. Only the official listing should determine what you can download and what it costs in your region.
What “free to play” can and cannot mean here
In ordinary store language, “free to play” often describes a game that can be installed without an upfront charge while offering optional paid content. It is not the same as “everything is free.” A game can also be free in one country, unavailable in another, or distributed through a different package with different payment rules.

For Naruto Mobile specifically, the published sources do not confirm any purchase category. They do not establish paid currency, character unlocks, battle passes, subscriptions, cosmetics, stamina refills, loot-style draws or one-time expansions. Those are common labels in mobile games, but listing them as Naruto Mobile features would be speculation. Wait for the official product page to name each item and show its price.

Different releases may have different catalogs
The existing Chinese game has a documented history beginning in 2016, while the worldwide release announced in 2026 has not yet published its launch catalog.
