No: the available search results do not verify a new Minecraft-like Kingdom Hearts JRPG or a November 11 release date. That is a search-limited finding, not proof that no announcement exists. The November 11 dates that do appear in the cited sources belong to older games in the series.
What is confirmed about the alleged new game?
The sources available for this report do not provide an official announcement confirming a new Kingdom Hearts game described as Minecraft-like, or a release date of November 11. They also do not establish a title, platform, or release region for such a game. Treat the headline claim as unverified unless an official announcement or platform listing confirms those details.

For a reliable confirmation, look for the exact game title and a release date in an announcement from Square Enix or a relevant platform listing. Check that the genre or gameplay description, platforms, and release-region timing match the claim; a date without that context can refer to a different game or territory.
