The iQOO Z10R is the clearer pick if you want an AMOLED screen; the vivo T5x has the larger rated battery and was cheaper in a retailer snapshot checked on October 7, 2026. The choice depends on which trade-off matters more—and on the live prices for the exact RAM and storage versions you are considering.

Which display is the better fit?
Choose the Z10R for AMOLED
The Z10R has a 6.77-inch AMOLED screen with a stated resolution of 1080 × 2392. If you specifically prefer AMOLED, that is the more direct reason to choose it; the specification alone does not establish how the two screens look side by side in everyday use.

vivo specifies an FHD+ LCD with a 120 Hz refresh rate for the T5x and claims 1200 nits in high-brightness mode. The available specifications do not provide a directly comparable brightness measurement for both phones, so the nits figure should not be treated as proof that one display is brighter in all conditions.

How much does the battery difference tell you?
The T5x is rated at 7200 mAh, compared with the Z10R’s 5700 mAh typical capacity. That gives the T5x the higher stated capacity, but it does not establish which phone will last longer for a particular person: screen settings, signal conditions, apps, and usage patterns affect runtime. vivo likewise cautions that actual battery performance varies with usage habits, environmental conditions, and other factors.
Both manufacturers list 44 W charging. vivo qualifies its figure as the maximum output power of the official charger and says actual charging speed varies. The listed wattage alone does not tell you how long either phone takes to charge; check what charger is included with the specific India-market package.

Do the processor and camera specifications identify a winner?
Processor names are not a performance comparison
iQOO names the Z10R’s processor as MediaTek Dimensity 7400, while vivo lists Dimensity 7400-Turbo for the T5x. Without matched, reliable testing, those names are not enough to declare a winner for gaming, sustained performance, or daily responsiveness.
Similar megapixel counts do not establish camera equivalence
Both phones list 50 MP + 2 MP rear cameras and a 32 MP front camera. vivo advertises 4K video recording at 30 fps with EIS on the front and rear cameras; the available specifications do not confirm matched video capabilities for the Z10R or establish which phone produces better photos or video. Do not treat matching headline megapixel counts as evidence of matching image quality.

Compare the exact RAM and storage version
iQOO’s India specification page lists Z10R configurations with 8 GB or 12 GB RAM and 128 GB or 256 GB storage. vivo describes the T5x as offering up to 256 GB ROM and 8 GB RAM plus software-extended RAM. Extended RAM is managed by software and is not the same as additional physical RAM. Confirm the precise storage and physical RAM on the seller’s listing rather than comparing a phone’s maximum advertised capacity with a different configuration.
What was the price difference in India?
A 91mobiles comparison listing accessed on October 7, 2026 showed the iQOO Z10R at ₹31,990 via Flipkart and the vivo T5x at ₹27,099 via Amazon—a displayed difference of ₹4,891 in the T5x’s favor. These were retailer prices shown at access, not official or fixed prices, and the listings may have represented different configurations. Check current stock, equivalent RAM/storage versions, and applicable bank or exchange offers before deciding. View the comparison listing.
Which phone should you choose?
- Pick the iQOO Z10R if AMOLED is your priority and its current price for the configuration you want works for you.
- Consider the vivo T5x if higher rated battery capacity matters more and its live price remains attractive for an equivalent configuration.
- Compare further before choosing if gaming performance or camera quality is decisive: the listed chipset names and megapixel counts do not settle those questions, and the cited specifications do not provide a matched test.
Water resistance: read the qualification
vivo says the T5x is not a professional waterproof device. Its resistance claims are based on controlled tests, resistance is not permanent, and liquid ingress damage is not covered by warranty. Do not interpret a resistance rating as permission to deliberately submerge the phone; check the current manufacturer terms for the exact model.
