The Z11’s listed display is larger at 6.83 inches, has 1.5K resolution, and supports a manufacturer-listed 144Hz refresh rate. The Neo 6 has a 6.62-inch E4 AMOLED panel at 2400 × 1080 and a listed 120Hz refresh rate. The Z11 therefore offers more screen area and the higher specified refresh rate; those numbers alone do not establish which screen looks brighter, more accurate, or smoother in use.

Battery capacity and charging speed are different trade-offs
iQOO lists a 7050mAh typical battery for the Z11 and a 4700mAh battery for the Neo 6. The Z11 has the larger stated capacity, but capacity figures do not by themselves prove longer real-world endurance: actual battery life depends on workload, settings, network conditions, and other factors.
Charging specifications point the other way. The Neo 6 lists up to 80W FlashCharge, compared with up to 44W FlashCharge for the Z11. These are manufacturer-stated maximum charging powers, not a promise of a particular charging time in everyday conditions.

What do the camera specifications tell you?
The Neo 6 lists a 64MP OIS main camera alongside an 8MP wide-angle and 2MP macro camera. The Z11 lists a 50MP Sony IMX882 OIS main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 32MP front camera. A higher megapixel count does not by itself mean better photos, and these specifications are not a substitute for comparable camera testing. They do show that both models list optical image stabilization on the main camera, while the Neo 6 specifies a macro rear camera and the Z11 specifies its front-camera resolution.
Software and update context
The Neo 6 official comparison listing identifies Funtouch OS 12 based on Android 12; the Z11 product page describes OriginOS 6. These are the software versions or names listed on the respective pages, not confirmation of the latest version installed on a particular handset today. A current, model-specific remaining software-update commitment for both phones is not established by those product listings.

What is the price difference in India?
In iQOO Official E-Store India listings observed in 2026, the Z11 8GB+128GB was displayed at ₹39,999, with a displayed MRP of ₹55,999. The Neo 6 8GB+128GB listing was ₹34,999 and explicitly refurbished. That makes the displayed difference ₹5,000 for those exact listings, but it is not a new-versus-new comparison and should not be treated as a general market price gap.
The Neo 6 store page also listed a refurbished 12GB+256GB variant at ₹39,999. The listings can change, and the 8GB+128GB refurbished page states that the handset is without accessories. - Consider the Z11 if the larger 6.83-inch screen, higher listed refresh rate, larger stated battery, or 32MP front camera best matches your priorities.
