Which phone should you buy?
Choose the realme 15 Pro 5G if the screen and charging matter most
Its 6.8-inch 144Hz display is larger and has a higher stated refresh rate than the iPhone’s 6.3-inch 120Hz display. That may suit people who want more screen space for video, games or reading, though a larger phone can be less convenient to handle. realme lists a 7000mAh typical-capacity battery, 6830mAh rated capacity and charging up to 80W. Those are published specifications; realme says performance can vary with conditions.

Capacity alone cannot tell you which device lasts longer in everyday use. Screen brightness, workload, software and network conditions all affect runtime, and the cited material does not establish a comparable battery-life test.

Choose the iPhone 17 if iOS and Apple’s ecosystem are the priority
The iPhone is the natural option for a shopper who prefers iOS or already relies on Apple devices and services. Its listed display is smaller than the realme’s, and the price snapshots below place it in a substantially higher price bracket in India. The comparison data does not establish which phone is faster in real-world use: the A19 and Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 belong to different platforms, and no matched performance benchmark is available here.
Camera specifications: compare the approach, not just megapixels
Smartprix lists a 48MP main camera and 48MP ultrawide camera for the iPhone 17. realme describes the 15 Pro 5G as having three 50MP cameras, including a Sony IMX896 main sensor, and says it supports 4K 60fps video recording across its lenses.

Those specifications do not prove which phone takes better photos or video. Megapixel count is only one part of image quality; sensor characteristics, lens design, processing and shooting conditions also matter. The cited sources do not provide a controlled head-to-head camera test, so choose based on the features you need rather than assuming more megapixels means better results.
