That is a ₹17,901 difference between the displayed prices, but not a confirmed like-for-like saving: the iPhone listing did not clearly identify its storage configuration, and prices and stock can change. Which phone has the better screen?
The Turbo 5 has the larger screen at 6.59 inches and a listed 120 Hz refresh rate, which is the stronger specification choice if you want more display area and a higher refresh rate. Xiaomi also lists peak brightness up to 3,500 nits. The iPhone 15’s 6.1-inch OLED is smaller, with a stated resolution of 2556 × 1179 at 460 ppi and Dynamic Island. These figures describe specifications, not a direct display-quality test; brightness measurements and viewing conditions are not established as comparable here.

Battery and charging: capacity is not battery life
Xiaomi lists a 7,540 mAh battery and 100 W charging for the Turbo 5, giving it the larger stated capacity and higher stated charging wattage. Its FAQ says the phone can reach up to 51% in approximately 30 minutes, a Xiaomi claim rather than an independent measurement. Apple’s cited iPhone 15 specification page does not provide a battery-capacity figure.
Capacity and charging wattage alone cannot establish which phone lasts longer in real use. No independent battery-life comparison under matched conditions is available here, so treat the Turbo 5’s figures as hardware specifications rather than a guaranteed runtime advantage.

Camera hardware: compare the layouts, not an untested winner
The iPhone 15 has a 48 MP main camera and a 12 MP ultra-wide camera. Apple also describes a 12 MP 2x telephoto option enabled by the main sensor’s quad-pixel design. The Turbo 5 pairs a Xiaomi-specified 50 MP Sony IMX882 main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and an 8 MP ultra-wide camera.
Megapixel counts and lens options do not establish which phone takes better photos or video. The available specifications do not include an independent, side-by-side camera test, so a camera-quality winner cannot be named from these figures alone.

Size, durability and what comes in the box
At 147.6 × 71.6 × 7.80 mm and 171 g, the iPhone 15 is a documented compact option. The reviewed Xiaomi passages do not state the Turbo 5’s dimensions or weight, so its physical size cannot be compared precisely here.
Apple’s IP68 claim specifies testing under IEC 60529 to a maximum depth of 6 m for up to 30 minutes, with Apple warning that resistance may diminish and liquid damage is not covered by warranty. Xiaomi lists IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings for the Turbo 5, but those labels involve different conditions; the list alone does not establish a directly comparable protection advantage.

Xiaomi lists a 100 W adapter, cable, case and pre-applied screen protector among the Turbo 5’s box contents. That package information is for Xiaomi India’s listing; included items can differ by region. Apple’s cited launch announcement does not establish all current iPhone 15 box contents.

The choice also depends on ecosystem: the iPhone 15 runs Apple’s iOS platform, while Xiaomi specifies Android OS upgrades for the Turbo 5. Xiaomi’s India FAQ commits to four years of Android OS upgrades and six years of security updates. The consulted Apple sources do not establish a comparable current support-duration commitment for the iPhone 15, so these statements are not a like-for-like promise comparison.

Which should you choose?
- Choose the REDMI Turbo 5 if you prioritize the listed 120 Hz, 6.59-inch display, 7,540 mAh battery, 100 W charging, or Xiaomi’s stated update commitment—and the India listing’s configuration and price suit you.
- Choose the iPhone 15 if you prefer Apple’s iOS ecosystem, want the smaller 6.1-inch phone, or value its stated camera layout, including the 2x telephoto option.
- Do not decide on speed, camera quality or battery life from these specs alone. No independent head-to-head benchmark, camera comparison or battery-life test is established here.
