The OnePlus 13 is the better fit if you want a large, high-refresh display, a dedicated telephoto camera, and faster stated charging. Choose the iPhone 15 if you prefer iOS and a much smaller phone. There is no universal winner: compare prices for the same storage, condition, warranty, and market before deciding.
How the iPhone 15 and OnePlus 13 compare
| Category | Apple iPhone 15 | OnePlus 13 |
|---|---|---|
| Display | 6.1 inches; 60 Hz, according to 91mobiles’ comparison page. | 6.82 inches; 3168 × 1440 resolution; dynamic 1–120 Hz, according to OnePlus’s North American specifications. |
| Rear cameras | 48 MP main and 12 MP ultrawide in 91mobiles’ comparison. | Three 50 MP rear cameras, including a dedicated 3× optical-zoom telephoto lens, according to OnePlus. |
| Battery and charging | Comparable battery-capacity and charging figures are not stated in the cited comparison sources. | 6,000 mAh typical equivalent capacity and 5,840 mAh rated equivalent capacity; 80W SUPERVOOC, up to 100W with OnePlus’s 100W Dual Ports Power Adapter, and 50W AIRVOOC wireless charging, according to OnePlus’s North American specifications. |
| Software named by the comparison sources | iOS 17 in Gadgets 360’s comparison listing. | OxygenOS 15 based on Android 15 on OnePlus’s North American product page. |
| Example price snapshot | ₹63,999 on 91mobiles’ India comparison page, as displayed on 2026-10-07. | ₹57,994 on the same page and date. |
These are not fully like-for-like prices: the 91mobiles page is a mutable India retailer snapshot, and other listings showed different figures. Do not treat its ₹5,? difference as a current or universal gap; check live offers for matching storage, condition, seller, and warranty. The OnePlus specifications cited here are for the North American model, so they should not be assumed to describe the India listing’s exact variant. 91mobiles comparison · OnePlus North American specifications · Gadgets 360 comparison.

Which phone should you buy?
Choose the OnePlus 13 if screen size and smoothness matter most
Its 6.82-inch display is substantially larger than the iPhone 15’s 6.1-inch screen, and its stated refresh rate can vary up to 120 Hz rather than the iPhone’s 60 Hz. That favors expansive video, games, and scrolling, but it also means a physically larger phone. If you want a device that is easier to use one-handed or slip into a small pocket, the iPhone’s smaller display is a meaningful practical advantage.

Choose by operating system, not a version-number snapshot
The cited listings identify iOS 17 for iPhone 15 and OxygenOS 15, based on Android 15, for the North American OnePlus 13. These are source-listed software versions, not a guarantee of what a phone currently runs or how long it will receive updates. Check the latest installed version and the manufacturer’s current support information for the exact model before buying. If you already rely on apps, services, or accessories in one ecosystem, that preference can matter more than a specification-sheet advantage.

Choose the OnePlus 13 if you want a dedicated zoom lens
The OnePlus 13’s listed rear system includes a dedicated 3× optical telephoto camera alongside main and ultrawide cameras. The iPhone 15 comparison lists a 48 MP main and a 12 MP ultrawide, without a dedicated telephoto lens. That gives OnePlus a more explicit hardware option for zoom photography; it does not establish that its photos are better overall. Megapixel counts alone cannot predict image quality, and the cited sources do not provide a controlled head-to-head camera test.
Choose charging features carefully
OnePlus specifies 80W SUPERVOOC wired charging, up to 100W when using its named 100W Dual Ports Power Adapter, and 50W AIRVOOC wireless charging. Maximum wired speed depends on the compatible adapter; check what is included with the phone in your market. The stated charging specifications and battery capacity do not prove longer real-world battery life or establish an iPhone-versus-OnePlus endurance result. OnePlus describes its battery as a dual-cell design and distinguishes typical from rated equivalent capacity; actual experience varies.

What to verify before paying
- Match the price comparison: Select the same storage tier, condition, seller type, warranty, and country. Recheck live listings because retailer prices change.
- Confirm the regional model: OnePlus’s cited specifications are for North America. Verify the exact SKU, supported network bands, and carrier compatibility where you live.
- Check SIM and eSIM support: OnePlus notes that eSIM availability may depend on carrier compatibility. Do not assume SIM details from an India-oriented listing apply to a North American unit, or vice versa.
- Check the box and warranty: Verify whether the compatible charger is included and what warranty applies to the seller and regional variant.
- Try the size in person if possible: The display diagonal difference is large enough to affect grip, pocketability, and one-handed use.
OnePlus cautions that its specification numbers are theoretical and obtained under controlled test conditions; they are supplier- or lab-provided figures, not a promise of identical results in everyday use. OnePlus 13 specifications and notes.
