The iPhone 13 Pro is the better fit if you want a 120Hz ProMotion display and a dedicated 3x telephoto camera. The iPhone 15 is the stronger choice for USB-C, Dynamic Island, a 48MP main camera, a newer chip generation, and a lighter body. There is no universal winner: for a used 13 Pro, battery condition and the price of the exact unit can change the decision.

Which display is better?
The 13 Pro has the smoother screen: its ProMotion display can adapt its refresh rate up to 120Hz, which is noticeable when scrolling and in supported animations. The iPhone 15 does not have ProMotion, but adds Dynamic Island and has higher listed peak brightness. Choose based on what matters more to you: fluid motion or the newer interface and brighter stated peaks. Apple lists the 13 Pro display specifications and the iPhone 15 display specifications.

The 13 Pro is more versatile for optical zoom because it has a separate 3x telephoto camera. The iPhone 15’s 48MP main camera captures more resolution, and its 2x telephoto framing is produced by cropping the quad-pixel main sensor rather than using a dedicated telephoto lens. Both phones also have an ultra-wide camera. If you often photograph distant subjects, the 13 Pro’s dedicated telephoto is the meaningful distinction; for high-resolution main-camera capture and 2x framing, the 15 is a better match. These camera configurations are listed in Apple’s 13 Pro specifications and iPhone 15 specifications.

Performance and battery life
The iPhone 15 uses the newer A16 Bionic, while the 13 Pro uses A15 Bionic. That establishes a newer chip generation, but does not by itself quantify how much faster one phone is in a particular task.
Apple estimates up to 22 hours of video playback for the 13 Pro and up to 20 hours for the iPhone 15. Those are separate manufacturer estimates, not an independent head-to-head result. A 13 Pro bought used may have reduced battery capacity, so check the specific phone’s battery health rather than treating the original estimate as its current runtime.

USB-C, Lightning, weight, and durability
The iPhone 15 uses USB-C; the 13 Pro uses Lightning. The 15 is also lighter at 171 g, compared with 204 g for the 13 Pro. Their frames differ too: aluminum on the 15 and stainless steel on the 13 Pro. Whether the lighter body or the 13 Pro’s material feels preferable is personal.

What is the iPhone 13 Pro vs iPhone 15 price difference?
There is no single current price difference established here. The 13 Pro is an older model commonly sold used or refurbished, so a useful comparison depends on market, storage, condition, battery health, carrier status, warranty, return terms, seller, and included accessories. Official specifications do not establish current used-device prices.
Compare listings for the same storage capacity and check the full terms. A damaged or carrier-locked 13 Pro is not a fair price comparison with a new or certified-refurbished iPhone 15. The lower listing price is only better value if the phone’s condition and terms meet your needs.
