Yes. Infomaniak SA began trading on SIX Swiss Exchange on 1 October 2026 under the ticker INFO. It entered the market through a reverse takeover of the previously listed Perrot Duval Holding SA, which was renamed Infomaniak SA after the transaction.
Where and when did Infomaniak shares begin trading?
Trading began on SIX Swiss Exchange on 1 October 2026, with the ticker symbol INFO. SIX reported an opening price of CHF 56.00 per share and an approximate CHF 262 million market capitalization for the listed Class B shares that day. Those are opening figures from the listing date, not a current share price or valuation. SIX’s listing announcement provides the exchange’s details.
How did Infomaniak become listed?
The company became publicly traded through a reverse takeover, rather than a conventional initial public offering. Perrot Duval Holding SA, which was already listed, acquired Infomaniak Group SA; after completion, the listed parent was renamed Infomaniak SA. Infomaniak says shareholders approved the transaction on 24 September 2026. Its investor-relations page describes the transaction as giving the company access to SIX’s main market and says the same prospectus and transparency requirements apply as after an IPO.
What does Infomaniak do?
SIX describes Infomaniak as a Swiss sovereign cloud and digital collaboration provider, founded in Geneva in 1994. Its activities include cloud infrastructure, collaboration tools, AI services, data storage, web hosting and streaming solutions. The company’s listing is therefore a public-market development for a technology-services provider, not a listing of a single software product.
