Which iCandy Orange is this review about?
iCandy currently presents the Orange 4 as its Orange model. Its support library also retains separate resources for Orange 1, 2 and 3, so a listing that says only “iCandy Orange” may describe an older generation. Check the model and serial information before buying used or ordering parts. iCandy’s user-guide library lists Orange 4 separately from Orange 1–3.
That distinction matters when reading older review figures. CHOICE’s iCandy Orange review listing marks the product discontinued, but the generation is not identified in the available listing. Its 17.2 kg stroller weight and 10 kg basket capacity therefore should not be treated as Orange 4 specifications.

What comes with the Orange 4?

These are details of the cited Australian bundle, not a guarantee for every retailer or country. Confirm the exact box contents before purchase, especially if you want to use the stroller in double mode or connect a car capsule. iCandy’s Australian Orange 4 product page describes the model as offering “30+ unique pushchair configurations and combinations”; that is the manufacturer’s configuration claim, not a measure of how many components are included in a particular package.

How does it convert to double mode?
iCandy positions the Orange 4 as a single-to-double travel system and says it supports more than 30 configurations. In the Australian listing, double adaptors are included, but the listing’s configuration count should not be read as proof that every possible seat, carrycot or car-seat combination is in the box. The second child’s setup depends on the chosen components and the specific package.
Before buying, ask the retailer to identify the exact components required for the configuration you intend to use and confirm which are included. The available product information does not establish a universal parts list for every double-mode arrangement or bundle.

Carrycot use, age limits and care
iCandy’s FAQ says the Orange 4 carrycot is suitable from birth up to 9 kg and is suitable for permanent overnight sleeping. That guidance applies to the carrycot, not the standard seat. Follow the instructions supplied with the exact model for safe setup and use.
For routine care, iCandy recommends checking for loose components, cleaning and lubricating moving parts, and checking the parking devices and five-point harness. After exposure to mud, gritting salt or sea water, remove residue and let the product dry or air out. These are manufacturer care recommendations in its FAQ.

Will older Orange parts and accessories fit?
iCandy says Orange 1–4 parts are generally compatible across those generations, with wheels as the exception. Compatibility across different iCandy product families is not assured. For a used stroller or an accessory purchase, identify the precise generation and check the specific part against the model or serial information; contact iCandy about uncertain accessory fit rather than assuming that a shared brand name means compatibility.

Warranty: check the terms for your country
On its Ireland FAQ page, iCandy states coverage for manufacturing faults of five years from original purchase at an authorised stockist for hard-good components, three years for tyres, two years for soft goods and one year for accessories. The stated terms require proof of purchase and list exclusions including unauthorised parts, normal wear and surface damage. These are Ireland-page terms; confirm the applicable warranty in the buyer’s country and for the purchase date.
