The i-Vac Ultra Pets Plus S30 is a cordless stick vacuum supplied with a powered floor head and a mini motorised brush intended for pet hair on furniture and upholstery. Its manual claims up to 24 minutes of runtime on low and 15 minutes on high, but accessible independent review pages do not reveal cleaning scores or pet-hair test results. This review covers the S30’s documented specifications, kit, care requirements, and the evidence a buyer can—and cannot—use to judge performance.
Confirm the S30 before relying on these specifications
“Ultra Pets Plus” appears on more than one model name. The specifications and part numbers below apply to the S30, identified in its manual as model 14120163. Search results also surfaced an S40 Ultra Pets Plus; do not assume its parts or specifications match the S30. Check the rating label on the vacuum and the model number in the listing before buying accessories or using these figures to assess a different variant. CHOICE’s S30 product listing and the S30 manual are the sources for the details below.
What the published evidence says about performance
CHOICE identifies a review by appliance tester Adrian Lini, but its accessible page withholds the expert rating, pros, and cons from non-members. Consumer NZ lists the S30 and test categories, while detailed results require access. Neither accessible extract establishes an independent score, suction result, measured pet-hair pickup, or comparative ranking. A pet brush in the box shows the intended use; it is not evidence by itself that the vacuum outperforms alternatives.

For a performance-based comparison, consult the full test results where available. Without those results, the defensible comparison points are the stated runtime and charging time, the manual’s bin capacity versus CHOICE’s measured collector volume, CHOICE’s measured weight, the supplied tools, warranty terms, and model-specific spare-parts information.

S30 specifications: manual claims versus listing measurements
| Specification | S30 manual | CHOICE listing |
|---|---|---|
| Battery | 21.6 V DC, 2000 mAh Li-ion | 21.6 V Li-ion |
| Runtime | 24 minutes on low; 15 minutes on high | |
| Charging time | 4 hours | 4 hours claimed |
| Dust capacity | 400 ml stated | 0.5 L measured collector |
| Weight | 2.36 kg net in an indexed copy of the manual | 2.41 kg measured |
| Warranty | 2 years parts and labour for domestic use, subject to terms | 2 years |
The runtime figures are manufacturer-manual claims, not independent measurements. The bin figures should not be merged: the manual states 400 ml, while CHOICE reports a measured 0.5 L collector. The weight figures also differ; the available sources do not explain whether this reflects measurement method, package conditions, or a variant difference. CHOICE’s page lists A$349, but the price is not verified as current.
What comes in the box, and what each tool is for
CHOICE lists a vacuum cleaner, powered brush head, powered mini brush head, dusting brush, crevice tool, extension hose, charger, and wall mount with screws. The S30 manual describes a powered floor head, 2-in-1 cleaning tool, crevice tool, flexible adaptor, mini motorised pet brush, and wall storage bracket; it says mounting screws are not included. The descriptions of the extension differ, and package contents can vary by market. Confirm the inclusions for the exact S30 listing and region rather than assuming every package matches either list.

Floor head and pet brush
The manual describes the powered floor head for everyday cleaning on carpets and hard floors. It describes the mini motorised pet brush as “Ideal for picking up pet hair from furniture and upholstery.” The manual specifically warns not to use the rotating brush on pets. Turn the vacuum off and remove the battery before attaching or removing accessories.
Other tools and storage
The manual’s 2-in-1 tool, crevice tool, flexible adaptor, and wall bracket are useful for edges, tighter spaces, and storage, but the manual states that wall-mounting screws are not supplied. Check the box list if you need a particular accessory or the fixings for installation.

Care, filters, and S30 replacement-part numbers
The manual says to empty and clean the dust bin after each use or when debris reaches the maximum fill line. Remove the battery before maintenance. It describes cleaning or replacing the dust-bin filter and exhaust filter, and recommends replacing the exhaust filter every six months.
| S30 part | Manual part number |
|---|---|
| Dust-bin filter cone | 32201846 |
| Battery | 33202085 |
| Charger | 33202086 |
| Roller brush | 33788193 |
| Exhaust filter | 32201847 |
These are the numbers printed in the S30 manual, not confirmation that parts are currently in stock or compatible with every Ultra Pets Plus variant. The manual directs owners in Australia and New Zealand to Godfreys customer support to locate a local spare-parts provider; check current regional support and verify the model before ordering.

Warranty and buying considerations
The manual states a two-year parts-and-labour warranty for domestic use, subject to its terms, and CHOICE lists a two-year warranty. Warranty coverage can depend on region and current conditions, so read the terms that apply to the exact product and seller before purchase. The documented warranty duration is not a substitute for checking exclusions or claim procedures.
The S30 is easiest to assess if your decision hinges on its stated low/high runtime, four-hour charge, included motorised pet tool, or replaceable components. If the deciding question is how well it cleans a specific floor type or removes pet hair compared with other vacuums, the accessible review extracts do not provide enough performance data to answer it.
