If by “Xray” you mean seeing ores, caves, or players through blocks on Donut SMP, that normally requires an unauthorized client, texture pack, glitch, or server-side exploit. I can’t provide instructions for bypassing the server’s anti-cheat or hiding that behavior from staff. It can lead to a reset, inventory removal, or a permanent ban.

In current Minecraft terrain, diamond is generally most common deep underground, around Y=-59, although bedrock, lava, and terrain shape make slightly higher levels more practical for many players. Use branch mining or explore large caves instead of digging randomly.
- Press F3 on Java Edition to check your coordinates, if the server permits the debug screen.
- Move to a safe underground level, usually around Y=-58 to Y=-54 for diamond mining.
- Leave two blocks between parallel branch tunnels so each tunnel exposes new blocks efficiently.
- Carry a water bucket, food, spare pickaxes, blocks, and torches.
Ore distribution varies by Minecraft version and server settings, so treat these levels as a starting point rather than a guarantee.
2. Explore natural caves
Large deepslate caves expose many blocks without requiring you to mine every one. Light the route, mark intersections, and avoid running directly beneath unexplored areas where lava can fall. Fortune on an iron, diamond, or netherite pickaxe increases the yield from many ores; use Silk Touch when you want to transport ore blocks.

3. Use legitimate trading and structures
Villagers, generated structures, mob drops, and player shops can be more reliable than risky mining. Before spending hours underground, check the server’s permitted commands, economy, shops, and team resources. If Donut SMP has custom generation or altered ore rates, its official rules or staff announcements take priority over generic Minecraft mining advice.
How to use Xray safely in a private test world
If your goal is to learn how Xray works, test it only in a single-player world or a private server where every player and administrator has agreed to it. A disposable creative world is the safest place to experiment.
- Create a new single-player world and select Creative or enable cheats.
- Make a backup before installing any mod or resource pack.
- Use a well-known mod platform and match the mod to your exact Minecraft version and loader, such as Fabric or Forge.
- Scan downloaded files with your security software and avoid executable “launchers” that request account credentials.
- Remove the mod before joining a multiplayer server unless that server explicitly allows it.
