Activate every Mirror of Life you find, then unlock the Ferryman’s Wharf route. Mirrors form a network of discovered teleport destinations; the Ferryman and blue doors form a separate network linking Wharfs. Neither system automatically includes every save room, and the game does not provide unrestricted map-wide teleportation.
How fast travel works in Belmont’s Curse
Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse has two independent fast-travel systems. A Mirror of Life becomes a travel node when you interact with it, and its location is then added to the Mirror hub. The Ferryman provides a second route: after you speak with him at a Wharf, blue doors elsewhere can connect you to additional Wharfs. Mirror travel and Wharf travel do not share one destination list.
This distinction matters because the game’s world is large and non-linear. The available GamesRadar+ review describes fast travel as “surprisingly limited for a map so large” (published October 13, 2026). Treating every save room, door, or checkpoint as a teleport point will lead to unnecessary walks and missed connections.
Method 1: activate Mirrors of Life
Mirrors are the main fast-travel network and usually the first system you will use. Each one has to be activated individually; merely walking past it does not unlock it.

- 【Strong Adsorption】The inspiration of the silicone phone suction case comes from the adhesive force of the octopus. Each suction cup phone mount is 3.15 inches long and 2.17 inches wide, with 24 independent suction cups providing a stronger and more stable suction force, so you don't have to worry about your phone falling during use.
- 【Back of Phone Suction Grip】Remove the adhesive film on the phone suction cup and stick it on the phone case. You can then fix the phone on any smooth surface, which is very convenient. (The phone suction cup cannot be removed and reused after being attached to the phone case. It is recommended to attach it to a regular phone case, not a valuable one.)
- 【Widely Used】Our non-slip silicone phone sticky grip mount attaches to almost any flat phone case and make it compatible with common mobile phones such as iPhone and Android. You can shoot, watch videos or video calls in the kitchen, gym, dance studio, bathroom and other places.
- 【Capture the Wonderful Picture】Whether you are a TikTok creator or just like to share videos and photos, this phone suction cup can help you hands-free capture wonderful videos and photos for sharing with friends.
- 【Note】You can fix the phone suction cup on a smooth surface such as a mirror or glass. If necessary, wipe the suction cup with a damp cloth to obtain stronger suction. Before releasing your hand, make sure the phone is firmly fixed. (Not applicable to rough walls, wooden surfaces, and other uneven surfaces)
Activate a Mirror
- Find a Mirror of Life in a new area. When exploring, pay attention to rooms and routes that contain a Mirror rather than assuming the nearest save room will cover the same ground.
- Stand in front of the Mirror. Position your character so the interaction prompt or usable position appears.
- Use the game’s interact or kneel input. The exact button depends on your platform and current control layout, so check the controls screen if the prompt does not respond.
- Enter the Mirror hub. Completing the interaction, rather than cancelling it immediately, is what registers the node.
- Select a previously activated Mirror. The hub lists the Mirrors you have already registered. Choosing one transfers you to that destination.
Once registered, a Mirror remains part of the network. Newly activated Mirrors are added to the same hub, so activating one on the first visit prevents a later return trip across the entire map.
What a Mirror can and cannot do
- It can: connect you to other Mirrors you have already activated.
- It cannot: send you to an unvisited Mirror, an arbitrary point on the map, or every save room.
- It also serves as a checkpoint: activating it gives you a useful, repeatable travel location as you continue exploring.
If a location is not shown in the hub, go back to that physical Mirror and repeat the interaction. A nearby save room does not substitute for activation.
Method 2: unlock Ferryman Wharfs
The Ferryman operates a separate regional-hub system. Instead of selecting individual Mirrors, you travel between Wharfs connected through blue doors.

- SUPERIOR COMFORT — Unlike traditional circular ear buds, the design of EarPods is defined by the geometry of the ear. Which makes them more comfortable for more people than any other ear bud–style headphones.
- HIGH-QUALITY AUDIO — The speakers inside EarPods have been engineered to maximize sound output and minimize sound loss, which means you get high-quality audio.
- BUILT-IN REMOTE — EarPods with USB-C plug also include a built-in remote that lets you adjust the volume, control the playback of music and video, and answer or end calls with a pinch of the cord.
- COMPATIBILITY — Works with all devices that have a USB-C port.
- INTEGRATED MICROPHONE — A built-in microphone precisely captures your voice while you’re on the phone, taking a FaceTime call, or summoning Siri — so you’re always heard loud and clear.
Unlock the Wharf route
- Reach the first Ferryman and Wharf area. The first Wharf is the starting point for this network.
- Interact with the Ferryman. Speaking to him enables Wharf travel. Finding the dock without completing this interaction does not unlock the route.
- Search for blue doors in other parts of the world. These doors are the entrances to matching Wharf connections.
- Enter each blue door you encounter. A connected door can reveal or link another Wharf, expanding the set of regional destinations available through the Ferryman route.
Wharf travel is therefore hub-to-hub, not point-to-point. It does not replace Mirrors: a Wharf will not appear in the Mirror list, and a Mirror is not automatically reachable from a Wharf.
How to recognize a Wharf connection
- The route begins only after the Ferryman interaction at a Wharf.
- Blue doors are the field connections to other Wharfs.
- The destination is another Wharf or regional dock, not a selectable room anywhere on the map.
- If a blue door does not produce a travel connection, confirm that the first Ferryman interaction was completed before looking for a different explanation.
Mirror travel versus Wharf travel
| Feature | Mirrors of Life | Ferryman Wharfs |
|---|---|---|
| Activation trigger | Interact with each Mirror of Life, using the game’s interact or kneel input. | Interact with the Ferryman at the first Wharf. |
| How the network expands | Every newly activated Mirror is added to the hub list. | Blue doors reveal or connect additional Wharfs. |
| Destination scope | Previously activated Mirrors. | Wharfs and regional docks. |
| Travel style | Select an individual discovered node from the Mirror hub. | Use the Wharf route between connected regional hubs. |
| Relationship to save rooms | Separate system; a save room is not automatically a Mirror. | Separate system; a save room is not automatically a Wharf. |
Use the two systems together: a Mirror is usually the best choice when your destination is a specific discovered area, while a Wharf is useful when you need to cross between regional hubs. The game intentionally keeps both networks limited, so neither should be treated as a universal teleport menu.
A practical checklist for unlocking every point you encounter
No authoritative source currently supplies a complete count or a reliable district-by-district coordinate list for every Mirror and Wharf. The safest way to achieve full coverage is to maintain your own checklist while exploring rather than relying on an unverified list of names or coordinates.

Record Mirrors immediately
- When you enter a new area and see a Mirror, stop and activate it before continuing.
- Complete the hub interaction and confirm that the Mirror can be selected as a destination.
- Mark the location on your in-game map or personal notes as Mirror active.
- If the location is visible but not selectable later, return and repeat the interaction; it was not registered successfully.
Record Wharfs and blue doors separately
- Mark the first Ferryman/Wharf as Wharf route unlocked only after speaking with the Ferryman.
- Whenever you see a blue door, note its area and enter it once the route is enabled.
- Confirm whether the door reveals or connects a Wharf, then record that Wharf independently from your Mirror list.
- Do not mark a region complete merely because it has a save room; verify its Mirror and Wharf connections separately.
Use a two-column map key
| Map note | Mark it complete when… |
|---|---|
| Mirror | You have performed the interaction and can see the location in the Mirror hub. |
| Wharf | The Ferryman route is active and the location is reachable as a Wharf connection. |
| Blue door | You have entered it and confirmed the Wharf connection it provides. |
| Save room | Only after separately checking whether it contains or leads to a Mirror or Wharf; saving alone does not unlock fast travel. |
Planning routes in a large, non-linear map
The community map coverage describes a non-linear Paris-and-castle structure with save rooms and fast-travel points, but its accessible text is descriptive rather than a complete coordinate index. That design makes activation order more important than memorizing a linear sequence.

When a route takes you past a Mirror, activate it immediately. Delaying activation creates a predictable problem: after an objective sends you to another region, the return journey still has to be made on foot because the node was never registered.
Separate local and regional decisions
For a nearby destination within the same explored section, choose the appropriate Mirror. For a journey that crosses between broad regions, check whether a Wharf connection can shorten the route. Because the two lists are independent, verify both before committing to a long walk.

Recheck missed branches
After exploring a side path, look back at your map notes. A Mirror you passed without activating remains unavailable, and a blue door visited before the Ferryman route was enabled may need to be checked again after the route is active.
Troubleshooting fast-travel problems
A Mirror is visible but missing from the hub
- Return to the Mirror and stand directly in front of it.
- Use the configured interact or kneel input instead of simply touching the object.
- Remain in the interaction until the Mirror hub opens, then exit normally.
- Open the hub again and confirm that the node is listed before leaving the area.
The Ferryman is present but Wharf travel does not work
- Interact with the Ferryman; reaching the dock alone is not the activation step.
- After the conversation or interaction completes, test the route again.
- Use blue doors as the follow-up connections. A normal door or save room is not evidence of a Wharf link.
A blue door does not take you to the expected place
- Confirm that you have already enabled the Wharf route at the Ferryman.
- Remember that blue doors connect Wharfs, not arbitrary Mirrors.
- Check your notes for the specific Wharf associated with that door; the destination may be a regional hub rather than the exact room you want.
You expected a save room to be a teleport destination
Fast travel is limited by design. Save rooms and fast-travel nodes are not interchangeable categories, so use the Mirror hub and Wharf connections rather than assuming every checkpoint appears in a travel menu.

What a complete unlock looks like
You have fully established both fast-travel systems when every Mirror you have discovered is selectable in the Mirror hub, the Ferryman route has been enabled, and every blue-door connection you have found has been checked as a Wharf link. There is no authoritative total number of points to use as a completion target, so completion should be based on verified map coverage rather than a claimed count.
If you need a 100-percent location checklist, use an in-game map or a verified primary guide and add screenshots as you confirm each node. That approach avoids inventing district names or coordinates that have not been reliably documented.
