How to Unlock and Summon Every Weapon in Anime Zero (2026 Guide)

Anime Zero uses two separate progression steps: you summon or otherwise acquire a weapon first, then unlock its ultimate through Areas → Evolution. The Arsenal is the reported summon location for weapons currently in its pool, while some weapons are tied to raids or a separate banner. After obtaining a weapon, select that exact weapon in Evolution, inspect every requirement row, farm the missing materials and currency, and confirm the upgrade. Menus and recipes can change, so the live in-game panels take precedence over dated guides.

How weapon unlocking works in Anime Zero

A weapon’s acquisition route and its ultimate-unlock route are different systems. A successful summon gives you ownership; it does not automatically activate the weapon’s fourth skill or ultimate. The normal sequence is:

1. Identify where the weapon is currently available: the Arsenal, a raid, or a named banner.
2. Spend the correct live currency or complete the required activity to obtain the weapon.
3. Return to the lobby and open Areas → Evolution.
4. Select the owned weapon and read the complete requirement list, including rows below the first screen.
5. Collect every listed material and the required currency, then confirm the evolution.

Community guides dated October 5–12, 2026 document this workflow, but they are not developer documentation. Their pool names, pity terminology and recipes do not always agree. Treat the current Arsenal, raid board, banner panel and Evolution screen as the final authority for your account and server version.

Where to summon weapons

The Arsenal

The Arsenal is described by community guides as the lobby or Areas-accessible summon system. Open it from the current lobby menu, choose the weapon pool shown in the interface, and check which currency that panel requests before confirming a roll. A weapon is summonable through the Arsenal only while it appears in the active pool; an older guide may show a weapon that has since moved to a raid or banner.

Do not assume that every weapon in the collection is permanently available from one screen. The Arsenal pool is a live system, and community roster pages can lag behind rotations or updates. If the weapon name is absent, check the raid board and every currently visible banner rather than repeatedly spending on a different pool.

Standard Rolls and Lucky Spins

Guides describe Standard Rolls and Lucky Spins as different currencies or progression tracks. The names can appear similar in third-party explanations, so verify the icon and balance displayed on the roll button itself. Spending one type does not necessarily advance the counter for the other. Before a large session, open the relevant banner and confirm:

• the currency name and icon requested;
• the pool or rarity that the currency can roll;
• any visible progress, guarantee or pity counter;
• the expiration or rotation information, if shown.

Reported sources of rolls or spins include redeemable codes, quests, Story clears, raids and AFK rewards. These are community-reported acquisition methods rather than a guarantee that every source is active in every update. Check the reward text in the current quest, raid and AFK interfaces before planning a farming route.

Reported October 2026 weapon roster

The following 14-name roster is reported by October 2026 community lists. It is a dated reference, not a promise that all 14 weapons share one live Arsenal pool or remain available without rotation.

“Arsenal roster listing” means a community list associates the weapon with the summon system; it does not establish a permanent rate, pity or current rotation. If the live panel disagrees with this table, follow the panel.

Weapons with reported route exceptions

Shadow Monarch

Community guides report Shadow Monarch as an exception to ordinary Arsenal acquisition. The reported first step is the Nightmare Shadow Gate raid. Owning or clearing that content is not the same as completing the weapon’s ultimate progression: Shadow Monarch is also reported to use a multi-stage Monarch Path. Look for the raid’s current reward conditions, then open Evolution after acquisition to see which Monarch Path stage is active.

Flame Director

Flame Director is reported as a reward from the Spirited Away raid rather than a straightforward Arsenal roll. Confirm that the raid is currently open, read its reward panel and check whether entry requires a key, ticket, difficulty or completion condition. If the weapon does appear in an Arsenal pool during a later rotation, the current interface overrides the older route description.

Mochi Commander

Mochi Commander is reported in connection with the Zenless banner. Banner availability and currency can rotate independently from the standard Arsenal, so open that banner directly and read its own roll and guarantee information. Do not spend Standard Rolls merely because a third-party list places Mochi Commander beside Arsenal weapons.

What is known about pity and summon odds

There is no verified developer-published table of permanent weapon odds in the available documentation. A fan guide explicitly states, “The developer has not published roll rates.” Community percentages conflict or may describe older versions, so exact per-item odds should not be treated as current unless the live game displays them with a date or version context.

Before rolling, screenshot or note the counter shown on the exact banner you plan to use. Confirm whether the counter is shared between banners, whether it resets when a pool rotates, and whether Standard Rolls and Lucky Spins have separate progress. If none of those rules is shown, do not infer them from a different banner or an old guide.

Step-by-step: summon a weapon from the Arsenal

1. Return to the lobby. Use the current menu path to open Areas, then choose Arsenal. Menu labels can move after updates, so use the visible Arsenal tile if it is presented directly in the lobby.
2. Choose the relevant pool. Browse the weapon names and rarity or banner tabs. Search for the exact weapon name rather than assuming a similarly named character or ability is the weapon you need.
3. Inspect the roll button. Record whether the button requests Standard Rolls, Lucky Spins or another currency. Check the single-roll and multi-roll costs, any displayed guarantee and your current balance.
4. Check availability. If the weapon is not listed, stop and inspect the raid board and other banners. Rolling a visible pool cannot produce a weapon that is not in that pool.
5. Roll only after checking the counter. Confirm that the displayed pity or progress belongs to this pool and currency. Community values are not a substitute for a live counter.
6. Claim and verify ownership. After a successful result, open your weapon inventory or collection and confirm the exact name. A reward animation or duplicate currency result is not proof that the weapon was added.
7. Record the next route. Immediately open Evolution for the new weapon. This prevents confusing the acquisition requirement with the separate ultimate requirement.

Step-by-step: unlock a weapon’s ultimate

Open the complete requirement panel

1. From the lobby, open Areas.
2. Select Evolution.
3. Choose the exact weapon you own from the list.
4. Scroll through the entire panel. Read every material, currency, stage and prerequisite row, including entries below the first screen.
5. Write down the missing items and the mode, act or raid that the panel identifies as their source.

Community guides describe Evolution as the step that unlocks the weapon’s fourth skill or ultimate. Requirements are weapon-specific; there is no universal material recipe. Examples mentioned in October guides include Fine Cloth, Shinobi Scrolls, Eyeballs, Mana Feathers, Cursed Fingers and other weapon-specific materials. These examples do not establish a fixed quantity or imply that every weapon uses them.

Farm only what the live panel requests

Use the requirement row as your farming plan. If it names a Story act, clear that act; if it names a raid, confirm the raid’s current schedule and reward table; if it names a currency, use the activity that currently awards it. Do not substitute a similarly named material from another tier. Inventory names can look alike, and an item that satisfies one weapon may not satisfy another.

After each farming session, reopen the Evolution panel and verify the count. This catches rewards that went to a different inventory category, failed claims, or a recipe change introduced by an update. If a requirement remains red despite having the apparent item, inspect whether the panel wants a specific rarity, bound version, quantity or prerequisite stage.

Confirm the evolution

1. Return to the selected weapon’s Evolution panel after all rows meet the displayed requirement.
2. Check the final confirmation text and the listed skill or ultimate effect.
3. Confirm once; do not leave the panel while the button is enabled if the game requires a separate confirmation click.
4. Open the weapon’s skill screen or training area and verify that the fourth skill or ultimate is now available.

Evolution consumes the materials and currency shown by the game. Because costs can change, save a screenshot of the completed panel if you need to document a build or compare it after a patch.

Shadow Monarch’s reported multi-stage progression

Shadow Monarch should not be planned like a one-click awakening. The reported sequence is:

1. Enter the Nightmare Shadow Gate raid when it is available and meet its current access conditions.
2. Obtain Shadow Monarch through the raid’s listed reward route.
3. Open Areas → Evolution and select Shadow Monarch.
4. Follow the named stages shown in the panel rather than applying a standard one-step recipe.

One October guide describes the route as The System → Arise: Igris → Demon King’s Longsword. This is a reported sequence, not a universal instruction for other weapons, and the live panel may rename, reorder or replace stages after an update. Complete each stage in the order displayed; possessing a material from a later stage does not necessarily satisfy an earlier gate.

Comparing acquisition routes

The most useful comparison is not which route is “best,” because no current evidence establishes a universal ranking. Compare the currency or access cost, the time-limited availability, the route’s visible guarantee and whether the weapon has an ordinary Evolution recipe or a named multi-stage path.

Troubleshooting common failures

The weapon does not appear in Arsenal

• Check whether the Arsenal tab or pool rotated.
• Search every visible banner and the raid board.
• Confirm the spelling and full weapon name.
• Rejoin the server if the menu failed to refresh, then verify again.

If the item still is not listed, do not assume that repeated rolls can produce it. A raid or banner exception is more likely than a hidden Arsenal result.

The roll button uses the wrong currency

Stop before confirming. Standard Rolls and Lucky Spins are reported as separate tracks. Open the banner’s details and compare its icon with your inventory. A counter from one currency may not carry over to the other.

The weapon is owned but the ultimate is locked

Open Areas → Evolution and select the weapon. Ownership alone does not complete Evolution. Scroll below the first visible rows, collect every listed material and currency, and complete any named prerequisite stage.

A material appears to be missing

Compare the item’s exact name, rarity and quantity with the requirement row. Then follow the source named by the panel. Similar-looking materials from another act, tier or weapon family may not count.

The pity number in a guide does not match the game

Use the live banner counter. Community reports list 175 Mythic, 250 Arcane and 3,500 Lyth as one set of values, while an earlier guide also reports 2,750 Zenless pity. Those figures are unofficial and can reflect different versions or naming. The number displayed on the active banner is the only practical value for your current session.

Practical checklist

• Identify the exact weapon and confirm its current route.
• Check Arsenal, raid and banner panels before spending currency.
• Verify whether the button consumes Standard Rolls or Lucky Spins.
• Record the live pity or guarantee counter, if one is shown.
• Confirm ownership in your collection after the reward.
• Open Areas → Evolution and inspect every requirement row.
• Farm the exact materials, quantities and currency listed for that weapon.
• For Shadow Monarch, follow the live Monarch Path stages rather than a standard recipe.
• Recheck the panels after updates; community guides from October 2026 may no longer match a later build.
