To take one blog post offline in Hostinger AI Builder manual mode, open Blog management, use the post’s three-dot menu, and select Unpublish. You can also open the post and change Status: Public to draft. Then update the website so the change appears online. The post remains saved as a draft and can be published again later.
Unpublish a post from Blog management
- In the manual-mode editor, expand Blog management in the left panel.
- Find the published post and click the three-dot menu beside its title.
- Select Unpublish. The post changes to a draft and is no longer available online until you publish it again. See Hostinger’s instructions for unpublishing a post.
- Use the website’s update or publish control to apply the change online.
Use the post editor instead
If you already have the post open, click Status: Public in the top toolbar and change the post to draft. Update the website afterward so the status change takes effect online. This reaches the same result as the Blog management menu.

Unpublish, delete, and hide are different actions
- Unpublish: changes the individual post from public to draft; it remains saved for future editing or republishing.
- Delete: is a separate action in the post’s three-dot menu and removes the post. The website must be updated for the removal to appear online. See the manual-mode post deletion instructions.
- Hide elements or sections: controls display, not the publication status of one post. The documented hide feature cannot hide the Blog or Blog post header sections, so it is not the route for taking an individual post offline. See the guide to hiding elements and sections.
- Unpublish the website: is a site-level operation, not necessary to make one post a draft. See Hostinger’s website unpublishing options.
