Short answer: Ubisoft does not support transferring Rainbow Six Mobile progression into Rainbow Six Siege on PC or console. You can link Rainbow Six Mobile to Ubisoft Connect so the same Mobile progress syncs between Android and iOS, but that account link is not a migration tool. Rainbow Six Mobile is scheduled to remain playable until January 15, 2027; Ubisoft says more transition information will follow.
Can you transfer Rainbow Six Mobile progress to Siege?
No. Ubisoft states that Rainbow Six Mobile progression does not carry over to Rainbow Six Siege on PC or console. The two games use separate progression systems, so linking your Ubisoft account, installing Siege, or owning content in either game will not create a transferable Mobile save.

That means there is no reliable “transfer” procedure that will preserve your Mobile profile inside Siege. The useful steps now are to secure the correct Ubisoft account, keep access to it, and monitor Ubisoft’s official transition announcements.

What happens to Rainbow Six Mobile and when?
Ubisoft has announced that Rainbow Six Mobile online services will end on January 15, 2027. The Rainbow Six Mobile Dev Team’s published wording is: “The game will remain playable until January 15, 2027.” The date is the end of the online service, not a promise that your profile will become a downloadable offline save.
Ubisoft says the decision was made “to align our resources with our long-term strategic priorities.” That explanation does not identify a player-count threshold. The game had reached 15 seasons since its 2023 soft launch, and it became available worldwide for free on iOS and Android on February 23, 2026, but those milestones do not change the shutdown date or create a transfer entitlement.
The announcement says further transition details will be shared in the following weeks. Ubisoft’s current Help Center information also says no refund strategy has been announced for last season’s content. Until a later official update says otherwise, treat the following as unresolved:
- Whether any purchases will receive refunds, credits or another remedy.
- Whether Ubisoft will offer a downloadable account archive beyond a personal-data extract.
- Whether any Mobile items or achievements will be recognized in another game.
- How account data will be handled after online services end.
The date should also shape your timing. Account linking, device testing and account-recovery work are easiest while the service is online and your current device still displays the profile. Waiting until the final day could leave you unable to distinguish a login problem from a service shutdown, so complete the checks well ahead of January 15, 2027.
Link Rainbow Six Mobile to the right Ubisoft account
Ubisoft’s account-linking guidance says Mobile progression is tied to Ubisoft Connect and that linking keeps progress synchronized across devices. This is the most important action for players who use more than one phone or tablet, or who currently play as a guest.
- Open Rainbow Six Mobile on the device that currently has your progress. Do this before signing in elsewhere so you identify the profile you actually want to keep using.
- Open the game’s Settings menu. Look for the Ubisoft account, Ubisoft Connect or account-linking option. Ubisoft describes linking as an in-game settings action; the exact label can vary by release and platform.
- Choose the option to connect or sign in to a Ubisoft account. Use an account whose email address and credentials you control. If you already have several Ubisoft accounts, stop and verify the intended address before accepting the link.
- Complete the sign-in and any verification prompt. If Ubisoft requests an email code or another security check, finish it rather than abandoning the link halfway through.
- Close and reopen the game, then check the profile. Confirm that your existing operators, progression and other Mobile data are still present. Do not erase the original device until you have verified the linked account.
- Test on a second Android or iOS device only after the first check succeeds. Install Rainbow Six Mobile, sign in with the same Ubisoft account and confirm that the expected Mobile profile appears.
A guest profile is not the same as a Ubisoft Connect-linked profile. If your progress is currently attached only to a guest session, linking from the device that contains that progress is safer than creating a new account elsewhere and hoping the profiles combine. Ubisoft’s guidance covers synchronization across Android and iOS; it does not promise that two different Mobile profiles can be merged.
Before confirming a link, write down the email address shown for the Ubisoft account and, if practical, capture your in-game name or other profile identifier for your own records. This does not create a backup or prove future refund eligibility, but it can help you identify the correct account if you later sign in on another device. Never send a password or verification code to another player or to a third-party “transfer” service.
Keep the linked Ubisoft account accessible
After linking, protect the account as the destination for your Mobile identity even though it cannot transfer that identity into Siege. Keep the login email available, maintain access to the account’s security methods, and store recovery information in a safe place.
Do not unlink the account because you expect unlinking to create an export. Ubisoft has not described unlinking as a way to preserve or release Mobile progression. Do not close the Ubisoft account either. Ubisoft’s privacy policy says that closing an account removes access to games and game progression. Account deletion therefore creates an additional loss of access; it is not a shutdown-backup procedure.

- Use the same Ubisoft account whenever you reinstall Mobile or change mobile devices.
- Do not create a second Ubisoft account simply to test whether progress appears there.
- Keep the original device signed in until you have confirmed the correct account and profile.
- If you lose access to the email address, resolve that account-access problem before the service end date.
Changing phones does not require a new Ubisoft account. The supported continuity path is to install the game on the replacement Android or iOS device and sign in to the account already linked to the Mobile profile. The link is for Mobile continuity across devices, not for combining separate profiles, platforms or games.
Understand the two continuity scenarios
Android-to-iOS or iOS-to-Android continuity
This is the scenario Ubisoft currently supports. A Ubisoft Connect link lets the same Mobile progression follow you between supported Android and iOS devices. It is still the same game, the same Mobile profile and the same online service. The link does not turn Mobile content into a universal Ubisoft inventory.

Rainbow Six Mobile to Siege on PC or console
This is a separate-game migration, and Ubisoft explicitly says Mobile has no cross-progression with Rainbow Six Siege on PC or console. Your Mobile level, operators, cosmetics, currencies, battle-pass history and other progression should therefore be treated as Mobile-only unless Ubisoft publishes a specific future exception.
Buying or installing Siege does not alter this rule. Neither does connecting the same email address to both games. A shared Ubisoft login is an identity and authentication connection; it is not evidence that the games share progression data.
Do not confuse cross-platform play with cross-progression. The supported statement here concerns syncing one Mobile profile between Android and iOS. It does not say that Mobile and the PC or console Siege products share inventories, unlocks, season history or account progression.
Should you request a copy of your Ubisoft data?
Ubisoft’s privacy policy allows players to request an extract of personal data and says that data may be used or transferred to another provider. You may request that information if you want a record of data Ubisoft holds about your account, but it is important to define what that request can and cannot do.
- It can: provide personal-data information handled under Ubisoft’s privacy process, subject to the policy and applicable law.
- It is not confirmed to do: produce a complete, human-readable Mobile save that another game can import.
- It cannot currently be assumed to do: load your Mobile operators, items or progression into Siege.
Use Ubisoft’s official privacy-request process if you want a personal-data copy. Keep the request separate from any account-linking work, and retain the response for your own records. Do not describe a data extract as a migration, backup save or guarantee of continued play after January 15, 2027; Ubisoft has not made any of those claims.
Portability language in a privacy policy concerns personal data and legal rights, not necessarily a format that a game client can read. A response could document information associated with your account without containing a supported restore package. Until Ubisoft explicitly describes an export and import workflow, treat the extract as a record for you rather than a playable copy.
What to do about purchases and refunds
The current shutdown FAQ does not announce a refund strategy for last season’s content. It also does not establish a general refund, credit or transfer policy for earlier Mobile purchases. Preserve your purchase confirmations and platform receipts if you may need them later, but do not assume that documentation itself creates eligibility.

Watch the official Rainbow Six Mobile announcement and Help Center for the promised transition information. A future policy may define eligibility by platform, date, item or transaction type; until Ubisoft publishes those terms, any specific refund amount or deadline would be speculation.
The FAQ’s wording is narrower than a promise that every purchase will be refunded. It asks whether Ubisoft is planning a refund strategy for last season’s content, and the current answer does not announce one. Keep receipts from Apple, Google or another purchasing platform in the form in which you received them, but wait for Ubisoft’s published conditions before filing a claim or assuming a credit will be issued.
A shutdown-preparation checklist
Complete these checks while the service remains online:
- Open Mobile on the device that contains your real progression.
- Verify which Ubisoft account, if any, is linked in Settings.
- Link the profile to the intended Ubisoft account if it is still a guest session.
- Sign out and back in only after recording the correct account email and confirming the profile remains intact.
- Test the same account on another Android or iOS device if you need device continuity.
- Keep access to the Ubisoft email address and account-recovery methods.
- Do not unlink the account or close it as a supposed export method.
- Save receipts and other purchase records for your own files.
- Request a personal-data extract only if you want personal-data records, not an importable save.
- Check Ubisoft’s official Rainbow Six Mobile channels for transition, refund and post-shutdown instructions.
Use the checklist in order. First identify the profile with your real progress, then link it, then verify it on the original device, and only afterward test another device. This sequence reduces the chance that you mistake a newly created guest profile for your established account. It also leaves the original installation available if you need to show Ubisoft Support which device still displays the progression.
Troubleshooting account and sync problems
The second device shows a new profile
Stop playing on the new profile and check that you signed in with the exact Ubisoft account linked to the original device. A different email address can create a separate Mobile identity. Return to the original device, confirm its account-link status in Settings, and use that same account on the second device.

Do not immediately create another account or delete the app. Reopen the original device and verify its sign-in state. If the profile is still present there, record the account details and contact Ubisoft Support through its official channels before making further changes. The safest evidence is the account identity and the device on which the progression is visible.
You cannot access the linked email account
Resolve access to the email or Ubisoft account first. Password resets, verification messages and ownership checks depend on account-recovery information. Creating a new Ubisoft account will not move the old Mobile progression into it.
You expected Mobile items in Siege
That result is consistent with Ubisoft’s stated lack of cross-progression. Confirm that you are comparing the Mobile profile with the correct Mobile installation, but do not treat the absence of Siege items as a sync failure.
You want to keep playing after the shutdown
There is no confirmed offline mode or downloadable save that will keep Mobile playable after online services end. Ubisoft has only confirmed playability through January 15, 2027 and promised more transition information. Avoid unofficial tools that ask for your Ubisoft password or claim to convert Mobile data into Siege progression.

You linked the wrong Ubisoft account
Do not repeatedly unlink and relink accounts while guessing. Ubisoft’s current guidance does not promise that unlinking will merge profiles or release a save. Keep the device containing the original progression intact and contact official support for account-specific help rather than trusting a third-party service.

Ubisoft has not finished publishing its shutdown terms. The announcement says more transition details will arrive in the following weeks, so check the official Rainbow Six Mobile channels and Help Center for changes to refunds, account handling, data access or other end-of-service arrangements.
When an update appears, look for concrete statements about eligibility, dates, platforms and required actions. A general announcement that the game is ending does not by itself establish a transfer to Siege. Likewise, a privacy notice about accessing personal data does not establish a playable save. Keep those categories separate when evaluating posts, videos or social-media claims.
