Kitchen threats are separate: their triggers and counters vary, and one named threat is reported as temporarily removed. The names and details below come from an unofficial community guide, not an official roster; the game’s Roblox listing identifies it as an alpha-stage multiplayer survival game set at Emma’s Cafe.
Use two checks: customers in person and CCTV
The community guide separates regular customer anomalies into two detection channels. At the counter and around the seating area, inspect customers’ faces and bodies. On CCTV, look for figures or behavior that may not be apparent during a counter interaction. The guide reports three regular anomalies as camera-only, so checking customers alone can miss them.

Compare customers with the expected cute-critter appearance, then inspect the whole face rather than relying on clothing or silhouette. These visual tells are reported by the community guide, not an official developer taxonomy.

Which anomalies only appear on CCTV in Anomaly Cafe?

What do you do when you spot something on camera?
The reviewed CCTV guide explains the tells and recommends feed cycling, but does not establish a specific reporting or response action for each camera anomaly. Do not assume a particular button, penalty, or counter from the camera description alone. For kitchen threats, use the reported actions below; those are separate encounters rather than customer anomalies.
