For Patch 3.6, the recommended Qingxiao setup is Glint of Clouds, five pieces of Heart of Evil’s Purge, and Calamity Effigy in the main Echo slot. Prioritize Crit and ATK, then add enough Energy Regen for your team’s rotation. Prydwen’s strongest listed team is Qingxiao, Denia, and Mornye; for players avoiding limited weapon banners, Emerald of Genesis is its best permanent option, while Commando of Conviction is its permanently available no-gacha pick. Those access categories matter: “F2P weapon” is used inconsistently across guides.
Which weapon should Qingxiao use?
Prydwen’s Qingxiao guide, updated October 5, 2026 for Patch 3.6, ranks her signature weapon, Glint of Clouds, first. It provides Crit Rate, Aero DMG Bonus, and DEF ignore, making it the guide’s top choice despite its lower base ATK. Its recommendation is guide analysis, not a guarantee of a particular damage result in every account or team.
The guide’s alternatives depend on what you own and how you define access. It describes Red Spring as a decent alternative, but not an ideal replacement for Glint of Clouds. It identifies Emerald of Genesis as the best permanent option and Commando of Conviction as the best permanently available no-gacha option.
Weapon comparisons are conditional
Prydwen’s displayed relative-damage comparison assumes buffs from Denia using Forged Dwarf Star, Reel of Spliced Memories, and Voidwing Moth, plus Mornye using Starfield Calibrator, Halo of Starry Radiance, and Reactor Husk. Under that exact setup, its values are:
| Weapon and rank | Prydwen relative damage | Access note |
|---|---|---|
| Glint of Clouds R1 | 100.00% | Signature weapon |
| Red Spring R1 | 81.10% | Guide calls it a decent, but not ideal, alternative |
| Emerald of Genesis R1 | 78.50% | Best permanent option, according to Prydwen |
| Feather Edge R5 | 70.30% | Battle-pass weapon |
| Commando of Conviction R5 | 64.60% | Best permanently available no-gacha option, according to Prydwen |
These are Prydwen’s calculated relative values, not promised player results. A separate WuwaBuild comparison lists Red Spring at 81.1% and Emerald of Genesis at 79.7%, illustrating that rankings and values depend on the source’s calculation method. See Prydwen’s Qingxiao build guide and WuwaBuild’s Qingxiao guide for their respective recommendations.
#1 Best Overall
- Compatible with Windows and Android.
- 1000Hz Polling Rate (for 2.4G and wired connection)
- Hall Effect joysticks and Hall triggers. Wear-resistant metal joystick rings.
- Extra R4/L4 bumpers. Custom button mapping without using software. Turbo function.
- Refined bumpers and D-pad. Light but tactile.
What “F2P” means for these weapons
Do not treat every weapon called “F2P” in a guide as freely available to every account. Emerald of Genesis is the clearest recommendation if you want a permanent weapon; Commando of Conviction is the choice Prydwen identifies as no-gacha. Feather Edge and Lumingloss are battle-pass weapons, so they require that access rather than being universally free. A weapon that requires a limited banner is not a permanent option.
Which Echo set and main Echo should you equip?
Equip five pieces of Heart of Evil’s Purge and use Calamity Effigy as Qingxiao’s main Echo. Prydwen says Heart of Evil’s Purge provides 20% more Crit DMG than the standard Aero set, Sierra Gale, while providing the same total 40% Aero DMG when its Tune Strain condition is met. WuwaBuild also recommends Heart of Evil’s Purge and Calamity Effigy.
Main stats
- Cost 4: Crit Rate or Crit DMG.
- Cost 3: Aero DMG and ATK%. Prydwen lists ATK% as at least comparable to Aero DMG for the second cost-3 slot.
- Cost 1: ATK% on both pieces.
Substats and endgame targets
Get enough Energy Regen to meet the rotation needs of your chosen team, then prioritize Crit Rate, Crit DMG, and ATK%. ATK and damage bonuses for Heavy, Liberation, or Basic attacks are also useful substats. Prydwen’s suggested Level 90 endgame ranges, published in 2026, are guide targets rather than mandatory minimums:

- GameSir Nexus App: The G7 Pro is compatible with the upgraded GameSir Nexus app, which brings a significant upgrade over the original. It introduces powerful new features such as gyro settings, stick curve adjustments, and button-to-mouse mapping, giving you deeper customization and more control than ever before.
- ATK: 2,100–2,400+.
- Crit Rate: 55–80%+.
- Crit DMG: 255–275%+ before Echo set bonuses.
- Energy Regen: 110–115%+.
- Aero DMG Bonus: 40–70%+.
Energy Regen estimates vary with the team, and the guide describes these ranges as representative of a reasonably good endgame build. Use them to assess your build, not as a reason to sacrifice a functional rotation or strong substats for an exact threshold. Prydwen’s guide contains the cited stat recommendations.
How does Qingxiao’s rotation work?
Qingxiao is a five-star Aero Sword DPS whose sequence builds toward Ephemeral Transcendence and the enhanced Heavy Attack: Heaven’s Reckoning. Basic Attacks make up much of the rotation, with Skill and Ultimate inputs along the way.
Rank #3
- Versatile compatibility: supports Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One X/S consoles and PC Win10 and above (including the game platform Steam).
- Precise control: features Hall joysticks and Hall triggers for a comfortable feeling, long service life and improved game accuracy.
- Plug and Play Convenience: Wired USB connection (removable) for easy setup and instant play without the need for additional drivers.
- Customizable experience: Includes 2 custom backbuttons that allow users to eliminate false triggers and improve their gaming experience.
- Impressive gameplay: Provides a pulsating vibration trigger and an asymmetric vibration grip motor for intense tactile feedback.
- Use Qingxiao’s Intro and continue the sequence to build toward Ephemeral Transcendence.
- Hold Basic Attack for most of the post-Intro sequence.
- Use Skill and Ultimate when they come up in the sequence, then complete the enhanced Heaven’s Reckoning heavy attack.
Prydwen’s guide says the post-Intro sequence can largely be completed by holding Basic Attack, with Skill and Ultimate as the exceptions. Avoid swapping Qingxiao out after entering the enhanced state: swapping removes the enhancements on Heaven’s Reckoning. Prydwen’s rotation section provides the detailed guide wording.
Which teammates make Qingxiao worthwhile?
Prydwen lists Qingxiao, Denia, and Mornye as her strongest team. It also describes a route using Lynae with a strong premium support. The guide characterizes Qingxiao’s team-building as restrictive and warns that she can fall behind other modern DPS without Denia plus Mornye, or Lynae plus a strong premium support. Team access therefore affects the payoff of investing in her; do not judge the weapon or Echo setup independently of the supports available to your account.

For a practical build decision, check these factors together:
- Whether you own one of the recommended support cores.
- Whether your weapon is permanent, no-gacha, battle-pass, or tied to a limited banner.
- Whether your Echo substats meet the rotation’s Energy Regen needs.
- Which Echo set and main Echo you can build with useful stats, rather than chasing a set bonus with poor substats.
