The Eufy Omni E35 combines a HydroJet roller mop with a dock that eufy says washes the roller with hot water, dries it with hot air, empties the robot’s dust, adds clean water and manages wastewater. You still need to perform the model-specific first setup, monitor tanks and consumables, respond to app alerts and clean parts when the T210M instructions call for it.
Use the E35 resources—not instructions for another Omni model—for assembly and maintenance. The safest reference is eufy’s Anker eufy Robot Vacuum Omni E35 User Guide (T210M), supplemented by its E35 unboxing and quick-start video and its E35 accessory-maintenance video.
What the E35 station does automatically
The E35’s mop is a roller rather than a flat pad. Eufy describes the HydroJet roller as cleaning itself while it mops. After a cleaning run, the station is designed to wash the roller with hot water and dry it with hot air. Eufy also describes the US dock as self-emptying, refilling and draining. These are manufacturer product descriptions, not independent performance measurements.

Automation reduces daily handling, but it does not make the station maintenance-free. A full bag, empty clean-water supply, wastewater issue or dirty tray can stop the cycle even when the robot itself is working.

Confirm that your documentation is for the Eufy Omni E35, model T210M. Eufy’s support listing separates three relevant resources:

The support listing confirms these resources exist, but its accessible page text does not reproduce the detailed installation sequence or a complete cleaning calendar. Do not substitute an X10, E25 or E28 manual. Dock layouts, tanks, rollers and accessory procedures can differ even when the product names look similar.
Set up the station and robot
Follow the T210M guide for the exact order. The outline below helps you prepare and verify the process without inventing steps that are not published in the accessible E35 instructions.

- Identify the model. Check the product label and documentation for Omni E35/T210M. If the guide names a different Omni model, stop and obtain the E35 guide.
- Unpack every station component. Keep the robot, dock parts, tanks, roller-related parts, power equipment and consumables together while you compare them with the T210M guide and quick-start video.
- Choose the dock location as shown in the guide. Use the placement, clearance and floor requirements printed in the E35 instructions rather than relying on a layout from another model. A level, stable location is important, but the E35 guide is the authority for the required clearances.
- Assemble only the parts identified for T210M. Follow the guide’s diagrams for the dock, roller and accessory components. Do not force a part that does not match the illustration.
- Prepare the water system exactly as directed. The guide’s first-fill instructions determine which tank receives clean water, how wastewater is handled and whether any supplied filter or component must be installed first. The accessible support listing does not expose those steps, so do not guess.
- Connect power and start the E35 setup in the app. Use the on-screen pairing instructions for the current E35 firmware and app version. Grant only the permissions you are comfortable with, then allow the robot to complete its initial connection and update process if prompted.
- Run the first cleaning cycle under observation. Before leaving the robot unattended, verify that it can leave and return to the dock, that the roller engages the floor, and that the station begins its wash or drying routine after the run. If the app reports a tank, bag or dock error, resolve that alert before repeating the cycle.
Keep the T210M guide accessible. It is the source to use when a diagram, warning or part name on your E35 differs from the quick-start video.

Choose useful app settings
Eufy’s E35 app support article documents suction, water level, scheduled cleaning, Do Not Disturb, Child Lock and Carpet Boost controls. The following defaults reflect eufy’s recommendations and are not independent test results.

Reduce marks on dark flooring
Start with Low water if dark flooring makes moisture marks conspicuous. If cleaning is insufficient, increase the level gradually and observe a complete run. Do not treat the setting as a guarantee for every finish; floor material, soil and drying conditions affect the visible result.
Balance noise and pickup
Quiet is eufy’s routine-cleaning recommendation. Turbo is aimed at carpets or moderate debris, while Max is intended for heavier debris. Higher suction can change noise and battery behavior, so reserve it for the task rather than using Max on every scheduled run.
Understand the maintenance schedule
The E35-specific sources support an event-based routine, not a universal calendar for every component.

Care for the mop and station without guessing
When the E35 guide directs you to clean a component, work through the named part rather than applying a generic robot-vacuum procedure. The E35 accessory-maintenance video is useful for identifying the intended roller, brush guard, side brushes, filters, water-tank filter and dust bags.
- Roller and roller area: inspect for hair, threads, sticky residue or material that prevents smooth rotation. Use the removal, washing and refitting method shown for T210M.
- Station tray: check for pooled dirty water, sludge or debris after the station has completed its cycle. The guide determines whether a part is removable and how it should be cleaned.
- Clean-water and wastewater areas: monitor levels and look for an alert, leak or failure to complete a wash. Do not infer a cleaning interval that eufy has not stated for E35.
- Filters and brush guard: clean or replace them only according to the E35 instructions and the part’s stated compatibility.
- Drying path: if the roller remains unusually wet after a completed cycle, check the app for an error and consult the T210M troubleshooting or maintenance instructions before running repeated wash cycles.
Disconnect or pause the system in the manner specified by the guide before handling moving or wet parts. Never improvise with a chemical or tool that the E35 instructions do not permit.
Dust bags, cleaner and replacement parts
Dust bags
Watch the app rather than replacing on a rigid date. Eufy’s estimate of 2–3 months applies to an average household and is not a guaranteed service life. Homes with pets, renovation dust, larger floor plans or frequent Max-mode runs may fill a bag sooner.

Eufy’s US E35 product information lists a ready-to-use 473 ml floor cleaner as compatible with E35. Compatibility does not make cleaner mandatory: use it only as allowed by the E35 instructions, and verify the regional product listing before buying. Do not pour an unapproved detergent into the clean-water system.

Eufy’s UK E35 listing describes an accessory kit containing a roller brush, brush guard, three dust bags, side brushes, a water-tank filter, two roller mops and a filter. Contents and availability can vary by country and can change over time. Check that the listing explicitly names E35/T210M before ordering; a similarly shaped part for another Omni model is not proof of compatibility.

The app says the dust bag is full
- Stop or pause the cleaning run if the app recommends it.
- Replace the bag using the T210M guide’s removal and installation procedure.
- Close the dust compartment fully and clear the notification if the app presents a reset control.
- Run a short test and confirm that dust is being transferred to the dock.
If the alert returns immediately with a new bag, use the E35 troubleshooting instructions rather than repeatedly replacing bags.
The floor shows water marks
Set the app’s water level to Low, which eufy suggests for dark floors where marks are visible. If the problem continues, stop the run and inspect the roller and station area according to the guide. A lower water setting may reduce marks but can also change how much moisture reaches the floor.

Enable Carpet Boost and consider Turbo, which eufy associates with carpet or moderate debris. For heavier debris, Max is the documented option. Check that the carpet is included in the map or cleaning area and that the roller is free of obstruction.

The mop is still wet or smells after docking
Confirm that the station completed its wash and hot-air drying cycle and check for an app alert. Inspect the tray, roller and airflow-related parts only as the T210M guide permits. Because the accessible E35 material does not publish a drying-time guarantee or a separate odor-removal schedule, avoid inventing one.
The station does not refill or drain
Check the clean-water and wastewater status, tank seating and any displayed alert using the E35 guide. Do not assume a tank arrangement from another Omni model. If the station repeatedly fails after the documented checks, use eufy support for model-specific service.
A practical ownership checklist
- Keep the T210M user guide and E35 maintenance video available.
- Before scheduled runs, make sure the dock is powered and its water and dust supplies are adequate.
- Respond to the app’s full-bag notification instead of waiting for a fixed date.

- Buy cleaner and replacement parts only when the regional listing identifies E35/T210M compatibility.

The E35 station is designed to take over repetitive washing, drying, emptying, refilling and draining tasks. Reliable ownership still depends on model-correct setup, sensible app settings, prompt bag replacement and maintenance performed from the T210M instructions rather than from a different Omni manual.
