To set multiple alarms on an iPhone, open Clock, tap Alarms, then tap Add (+). Set the time, choose Label to name it, and tap Done. Repeat those steps for each alarm. To make one recur, select its days under Repeat.
How to add and label an iPhone alarm
Use the Clock app for ordinary one-time alarms and recurring reminders. Apple’s iOS 26 iPhone User Guide documents the following setup flow; button wording or available controls may vary with the software version.

Open Clock and tap Alarms.

Tap Add (+).

Set the alarm time. If your iPhone displays a 12-hour clock, check that you selected the intended AM or PM.

Tap Label and enter a short name that identifies the reason for the alarm. For example, use “Medication,” “Leave for work,” or “Water the plants.” Apple uses “Water the plants” as an example.

If you want the alarm to recur, tap Repeat and select the days it should sound. For a one-time alarm, do not select repeat days.

Optionally choose a Sound and set the available snooze options, including Snooze and Snooze Duration.

Tap Done to save the alarm.
To create another alarm, start again with Add (+). Give each one its own time and label so you can distinguish its purpose in the alarm list.

How to choose useful labels and repeat days
A label is a name for the alarm, not a separate schedule or notification. Make it specific enough that you can recognize the task at a glance—for example, “Take medication” is clearer than “Reminder.” Labels can help distinguish alarms set for the same general part of the day or for different routines.
Use Repeat to select the weekdays on which an alarm should sound. Choose the relevant days individually—for instance, Monday through Friday for a weekday routine—or leave the days unselected if it should ring only once. Repeat settings belong to that alarm, so check them when setting each one.
Each alarm can also have its own sound and snooze choices. These are optional settings in the alarm setup flow; choose them according to how you want that particular alarm to alert you.

How to edit, turn off, or delete an alarm

Edit: Tap the alarm’s time, or tap Edit and select the alarm. Change the time, label, repeat days, or other available settings, then save.

Temporarily turn it off: Use the control beside its time in the alarm list. This leaves the alarm available to turn on again later.

Delete: Swipe left on the alarm and tap the delete or trash control. Apple’s support instructions also describe deleting through the edit flow.

Turning an alarm off is useful when you may need it again; delete it when you no longer want it in the list.

Check the alarm’s sound: If the alarm only vibrates, open its settings and make sure Sound is not set to None.

Check the alert volume: Apple’s general instructions point to Settings > Sounds & Haptics, where the Ringtone and Alerts slider controls alert loudness. The exact wording and available controls can vary by software version.

Do not assume Silent mode or Do Not Disturb is the cause: Apple says those modes do not stop an alarm from sounding.

Check AM/PM and repeat days: For an alarm that sounds at the wrong time or on unexpected days, open its settings and verify the time and selected days.
Clock alarms and Health sleep schedules are different
A regular alarm created in Clock is separate from the wake-up alarm associated with a sleep schedule. Apple’s iPhone User Guide states: “Any alarm you set up in Clock is unrelated to a sleep schedule.” Use the Clock steps above for standalone one-time or repeating alarms. If you need to change a wake-up time that is part of a sleep schedule, use the sleep settings in Health instead; Apple documents that flow in Set up sleep in Health on iPhone.
Is there a maximum number of alarms?
Apple’s consulted instructions explain how to add alarms but do not specify a maximum number of standard Clock alarms. There is therefore no supported numeric limit to give here.
