Roblox keeps different kinds of activity in different places. To review Robux activity, use My Transactions on the Roblox website. To find a card, PayPal, app-store, or console receipt, check the payment provider that processed the charge.
How to see your Roblox transaction history
The complete My Transactions page is accessed from a web browser. It is not the same as the Robux balance screen in the mobile or Xbox app.
- Open Roblox.com and sign in to the account you want to check.
- Click the Robux icon in the upper-right corner.
- Click your Robux amount.
- Roblox opens My Transactions.
- Use the transaction filter in the upper-left corner to choose the type of activity you want to review.
You can also open roblox.com/transactions directly. If you are signed out, Roblox sends you to the login page first.

What each Roblox transaction filter shows
| Filter | Activity shown |

How to see items bought with Robux
In My Transactions, select Purchases. Roblox uses this category for virtual items and passes, including Marketplace avatar items, experience passes, and other virtual products sold through experiences.

For a purchased Marketplace item, open Inventory and check the relevant category. Items may be separated into categories such as hats, hair, animations, faces, and packages.
Experience purchases do not all appear as Marketplace items. Experience passes are sold from an experience’s Store page, while other virtual items are sold inside the experience and are controlled by that experience’s developer.
How to see Robux purchases
If you want to review Robux purchases rather than items bought with Robux, select Currency Purchases in My Transactions. Do not use Purchases for this purpose: Roblox separates Robux currency activity from virtual-item and pass purchases.

On the Roblox website
Sign in to Roblox. Your Robux balance appears beside the Robux icon in the upper-right corner.
In the mobile app
- Sign in to the account where the Robux were purchased or earned.
- Tap the Robux icon at the top of the app.
- View the balance at the top of the screen.
Roblox’s current mobile instructions cover the balance, not the full My Transactions interface. Use a browser if you need the transaction list.

On Xbox
- Open Roblox from the Xbox home menu.
- Sign in to the relevant account.
- Open the Roblox home menu’s Robux section.
- Find the balance beside My Balance in the lower-left corner.
For detailed history, open Roblox.com in a browser and sign in to the same account.
How to find Roblox payment receipts
My Transactions is not a complete record of real-money receipts. If you paid in dollars or another local currency, check the service that processed the payment. Roblox directs users to the following purchase histories:

If Roblox Support requests a receipt, make sure it visibly includes the order number, billing address, Roblox product, and purchase amount.
Purchases made through Apple, Microsoft or Xbox, PlayStation, Meta Quest, Samsung, or Amazon normally appear on the platform account or card connected to that service. Refund requests for those purchases generally need to go to the platform provider.

- Sign in to Roblox.
- Open Settings.
- Select the Subscriptions tab.
This page shows active subscriptions; Roblox does not describe it as a complete historical receipt list. Local-currency subscriptions bought through a mobile store may also need to be managed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

What to do when a purchase is missing
Check the account and filter
First confirm that you are signed in to the exact Roblox account used for the purchase. Then choose the appropriate category:
- Purchases: virtual items and experience passes.
- Currency Purchases: Robux purchase activity.
- Premium Stipends: monthly Premium Robux.
- Sales of Goods: Robux received from selling items or passes.
Refresh a product that was paid for but has not appeared
For the iTunes, Android, Kindle, and Windows mobile apps, Roblox recommends logging out, force-closing the app, reopening it, and signing in again.
On Xbox One, close Roblox and reopen it without logging out first.
If the product is still missing, contact Roblox Support with the username, purchase device, purchase date, and product name. Support may also request a receipt image in .jpg or .png format.

If Robux disappeared after a refund
Roblox may remove the Robux associated with a refunded purchase. The account receives an Inbox message explaining that the charge was refunded and the corresponding Robux were removed.
If you find an unauthorized charge
For unauthorized credit-card, debit-card, PayPal, or Google Play charges, contact Roblox Support before opening a payment-provider dispute. Roblox says that once a dispute has been filed, it may be unable to issue a direct or immediate refund through that process.
For Apple/iTunes, Microsoft/Xbox, PlayStation, Meta Quest, Samsung, and Amazon purchases, contact the relevant platform provider about the refund.

A game or experience purchased with local currency is different from a Robux transaction. Creators can view sales for this type of paid access in the Creator Hub:
- Open the Creator Hub.
- Go to Finances > Transactions.
- Select Paid access in local currency.
The report includes the transaction date, purchasing user, game name, amount paid, and refund status.

Is there a command to view Roblox transaction history?
No. You do not need a Roblox Studio script, console command, or URL parameter. Use the website path Robux > Robux amount > My Transactions, or open roblox.com/transactions directly.
