Yes—you can save a community GTA 6 map as a PDF from a desktop browser. Open the map, wait for every tile and label to load, choose your region and layers, press Ctrl+P on Windows/Linux or Cmd+P on macOS, select Save to PDF, use landscape orientation, disable headers and footers, adjust the scale, and inspect the preview for clipped tiles before saving. If the preview is blank because the map uses a canvas or tiled renderer, capture the visible map at high resolution and export that image from a document or graphics application instead.
Is there an official GTA 6 interactive-map PDF?
Rockstar’s official GTA VI pages currently identify the game as coming on November 19, 2026 and provide downloadable trailers, screenshots, artwork, wallpapers and ZIP downloads. They do not identify an official interactive-map PDF export.
A secondary GTA 6 map guide reports that Rockstar has not published an official interactive map, so interactive views available before release are community projects rather than Rockstar-approved materials. One public project, gta6map.github.io, describes itself as “an interactive map of Grand Theft Auto VI, including all landmarks that have been identified so far.” Its README says users may use the landmark data or map tiles and identifies them as public domain. Another project called GTAVIMap describes itself as an interactive map and location guide and says it is not affiliated with Rockstar or Take-Two.
Use the community map’s own URL and license information when creating a PDF. Do not describe a community map as an official Rockstar map.

Save the interactive map as a one-page PDF
- Open the map on a desktop browser. Let every visible tile, marker and label finish loading. A partially loaded map produces a partially loaded PDF.
- Set the view. Pan to the Leonida region or neighborhood you need, choose the zoom level, and turn marker categories on or off. Collapse sidebars, legends or panels that consume printable space unless they are needed in the reference.
- Open the print dialog. Press Ctrl+P on Windows or Linux, or Cmd+P on macOS. In Firefox or Safari, use the browser’s equivalent print command.
- Choose the PDF destination. Select Save to PDF in Chrome or Edge, or the equivalent PDF printer in your browser.
- Use landscape orientation. Landscape normally gives a wide map more horizontal room. Set margins to default or minimum and turn off browser headers and footers so the URL, date and page number do not cover map content.
- Tune the scale. Reduce the scale if the right or bottom edge is clipped. If reducing the scale makes labels unreadable, print the area as multiple pages rather than forcing the whole map onto one sheet.
- Inspect the preview. Check every edge, tile seam, label, legend and selected marker category. Do not save until the preview shows the complete area you need.
- Save and verify. Open the resulting PDF in a viewer. Confirm that labels and map tiles are present before sending the file to a printer or relying on it offline.
What to do when the print preview is blank or incomplete
Interactive maps may draw their content in a canvas or assemble it from separate image tiles. Some browsers show the page shell in print preview but omit the rendered map. A blank preview, missing labels or large white sections usually indicates a rendering limitation rather than a problem with the PDF destination.
- Return to the map and wait again until all visible tiles are loaded.
- Try the print dialog from a different desktop browser.
- Hide overlays and panels, then print only the map viewport.
- If the canvas still does not appear, capture the visible map at the highest resolution the map or browser can provide.
- Place that image in a document or graphics application, set the page to landscape, and export the document as a PDF.
- Open the exported PDF and check for softness, missing labels and unwanted browser chrome.
A screenshot-based PDF is a fallback for a rendered viewport; it does not create a new, searchable or interactive map layer. Capture each needed region separately if one image cannot retain readable labels.
How to avoid a blurry Leonida map
- Start with the intended paper size. A map that looks sharp on a monitor can become soft when enlarged to poster dimensions.
- Capture at the map’s highest available resolution. Do not enlarge a small browser screenshot and expect new detail to appear.
- Use several pages for large coverage. A multi-page PDF preserves label size better than shrinking an entire map to one sheet.
- Choose the zoom before capturing. Zooming after the image is placed in a document enlarges pixels rather than adding map detail.
- Inspect at 100% in the PDF viewer. Check small labels and marker icons, not just the overall page thumbnail.
One-page PDF, multi-page PDF, screenshot PDF or poster?
The best format depends on the area covered, the size at which labels must remain readable and whether you will update the reference later.

Printing a physical map poster
A poster requires a high-resolution source image and a layout step. Export the image or PDF at the printer’s final dimensions, keep labels at a readable size, and request a proof if the print service offers one. Do not stretch a small screenshot to poster size.
An independent guide reports that a GTA 6 map poster is included in the $399.99 Goodtime State box. That report does not verify a standalone marketplace listing, seller, stock status or rights to reproduce the map. Treat “GTA 6 map poster” as a product-search phrase, and verify the live listing and its permissions before buying or redistributing anything.
Downloadable data, map tiles and permissions
An interactive map and a PDF are different assets. A PDF is a fixed rendering of the view you captured; it will not retain clickable layers or update itself when the community project changes. If you need another region or a different set of markers, reopen the map, change the view and export a new PDF.

The gta6map.github.io README says its landmark data and map tiles are free to use and public domain. That statement applies to that project; do not assume another community map has identical terms. Keep the project URL, capture date and layer choices with your PDF so you can identify its source later.

- Store the PDF with the source map URL and capture date.
- Record the zoom, region and visible marker categories if the file is part of a guide or project documentation.
- Keep the original high-resolution image when you create a screenshot-based PDF so you can produce a different paper size later.
- Re-export after substantial changes to the community map; a saved PDF does not update automatically.
- Before publishing or selling copies, confirm that the specific project’s data, tiles, labels and artwork permit that use.
